“There was a flaw in the design of the cover I ordered. I reached out and Alco delivered on their warrant; they sent me a brand new cover that solves the design issue. Nice to work with a company that stands behind their product.”

“I ordered a custom cover for my hot tub. The cover supplied by the manufacturer was light and quickly destroyed by wind. My new cover is terrific, with a great zip-up door entry and easy to use as well.”

“Great construction. Extremely durable. I’ve gone through several low quality generator covers before buying an Alco cover. I travel 65k miles per year with a cargo basket mounted in the front hitch of my truck. The Alco cover can handle the wind, weather and debris in this application. I’ve ordered more Alco covers since. Highly recommended!”

“I'm totally delighted with my Alco Cover. Ordered this cover for our new pitching machine to protect the investment. This cover is made of very heavy weight material. You can see there is a lot of attention to detail in the cover - high quality eyelets, drawstring stitching, etc. There is a vent in the top that allows air flow and still keeps the rain out. It has been through several major rainstorms and the cover and machine look like new. Also, the customer service is top notch. I made a mistake in the measurements and they responded very quickly to my email. Even though the cover was already in manufacturing, they were able to alter the size with a minimal additional cost. I was was so surprised at the level of service and communication from Alco. I really can not recommend them enough! 5 Stars all the way.”
