“It just took a little longer, I ordered it before the summer and it arrived before the end of the summer. The finished product is exactly what I expected, and that's what matters. There are many more summers to come.”

“First and foremost, their covers are absolutely amazing. High quality. Built to last. Just overall the best in the market. I went through 2 other covers over 3 years and the sun and weather tore them apart, but the Alco cover just went through a brutal winter and it looks like I just pulled it out of the box. Would be 5 stars but ran into a messy issue when ordering. Took a month and several emails to resolve (their support team was great) but it ended up fine. Highly recommend.”

“I always appreciate a true accurate review, so I want to provide one with my honest opinions. I ordered 6 panels to enclose my deck spread out over 3 separate orders as I wanted to see the quality before investing in all 6 at one time. First of all, the website is very good and easy to use when determining what you want and how to order. The customer service people are very receptive in their response and the overall quality of the panels are excellent and for the most importantly, matched the sizes that I ordered. The issue I had was that the customer service girls have limited information and can't provide information on status of order, tracking number, etc. directions on ordering properly. They need to reach out to Production, which could be from anywhere around the world which was always delayed and on my last order, I couldn't get an update or status of my order, the order just showed up at my door. For one side of my deck, I ordered a trapezoid custom size with the fear that it wouldn't be made correctly. I was instructed to share a picture of my deck and provide a drawing to make sure it was done right. I provided everything required, but it was still made backwards so for me to install, I needed to put the inside of the tarp on the outside, visually it looks fine, hopefully there are no issues down the road with it. Great overall quality, but terrible service in getting answers or direction from Production as I was never allowed to talk to them, all communication was through customer service who don't appear to be educated in the products to provide feedback as they need to rely on Production for answers. When I'm buying something custom made that can't be returned, I like to have the peace of mind that I am ordering correctly.”

“Alco Covers made custom covers for ISO tanks equipped with pump modules for our company. The covers fit and perform as designed and are a great value. I knocked one star off because there were issues getting the design finalized. The design document information didn't make it to the final estimate document, then after correcting the estimate document to match the intended design document, the build floor sent a confirmation email with incorrect design information that didn't match the estimate or design documents. Alsco did an excellent job communicating and verifying the design, but it is concerning that the designs didn't flow through per the original design document; and this added time to get the order.”

“Good solid cover. If you order one really pay attention to what they say on the website and go down a little on size. I could’ve gone 2 inches less on every dimension and it would be a better fitting cover. It still worked out, but just putting it out there.”

“I purchased a cover for our pizza oven which fit perfectly and it seems to be of good quality. They did forget to add the draw string on the cover and the cover (at least mine) was NOT made in the US. I just assumed they would be since the company is based out of Florida. That being said, I would recommend this company.”

“The ALCO fire pit cover I ordered was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. It is very sturdy and much better than the original cover. It took a few weeks to receive it and I was very surprised when I received a DHL shipment from Pakistan. Sine the package contents were not marked, was initially reluctant to open it, but then my wife commented that it might be the fire pit cover. So, don’t be surprised if you receive an unmarked package from overseas!”

“I think the customized cover surpassed my expectation. I entered in my dimensions, selected the material and paid the $90 bucks. The turnaround time was about 2-3 weeks (I don't really remember). I received the cover it and fit right on my safe. I was very pleased with the quality of material and the zippers. My only complaint and why I am leaving 4 stars is that the tolerances they build into the dimensions of the custom cover are too much. On the website it states that they build in extra material for the height dimension but I am almost certain they tolerance in length and width dimensions too. As a result, the cover fits a bit loose over the safe. It isn't too much of an issue. Though, I would be happier if the cover fit better....at least it's not too small.”

“I placed an order for a standardized cover with a customization request on the opening to the cover. I tried to explain it the best that I could, and I sent a basic sketch for the customization. The communication was lackluster and so was the turnaround time. Their quoted turnaround time is definitely way too short. After the quoted time passed (and then some), when I had heard nothing on my order, I called, they did not answer, they responded back to me within a day or two, and they said it is in process. Another week or so later, I called again, they picked up the phone, and it was the same story. Another week or so later, I got the order in the mail. They have a lot to improve upon with customer communication, accurate turnaround estimates, and shorter turnaround times. The product itself is very impressive. The quality of the cover material is definitely above my expectations. The seams are sewn with high quality work and I can tell the cover will outlast my use for it (probably decades). The customization of the opening was perfect and exactly what I asked for. They understood my request down to the smallest detail. So, overall, I am happy that I went with this company and the product is stellar. It was definitely worth the delays and the wait. I just wish they would have been honest about the turnaround time and that they had communicated the processing better to me, especially with the extended delays.”

“This was my 2nd cover from them. My first cover was for a small wood holder for the outside. I have the diminutions from amazon and upload a pic of what I was covering. It fit perfect. The last cover I just bought: I needed a custom cover for my fire pit to keep it "dry" during the winter. I am an engineer and designed exactly what I wanted, and they took my drawing and made it happen. But all and all I am very happy. I definitely recommend them to anyone with custom or stock jobs. P.S. I only removed one star due to the communication difficulties we had with answering my questions.”

“I did have to take a star off because it took so long for us to get our covers. Though the covers fit perfectly and work well for what we got them for. Hopefully it works out well because we just started using them so we don't know how they will hold up in our extreme weather. So far they fit really well and work great.”

“Very happy with quality and fit. My only complaint would be that shipping is done through DHL and they don’t deliver to all areas. When the area isn’t covered by DHL it gets punted to USPS, who won’t deliver to my work address. Even after the shipping debacle the quality was impressive enough that I ordered another for my other toolbox.”
