“Very happy with quality and fit. My only complaint would be that shipping is done through DHL and they don’t deliver to all areas. When the area isn’t covered by DHL it gets punted to USPS, who won’t deliver to my work address. Even after the shipping debacle the quality was impressive enough that I ordered another for my other toolbox.”

“Just shy of a 5 star rating. My only complaint is that I did not receive an email confirmation from ALCO after placing my order. When I inquired 1 week later, they indicated the cover was in production. I received the order on time and in good packaging. And the cover fits perfectly. It was a difficult item to manufacture (pull behind pig cooker) but I provided them every measurement possible to ensure it would be a good fit. ALCO delivered a fine product that should give me years of protection.”

“Cover works. Somewhat difficult for me to put on, but I think a stronger person would have been able to have accomplished it more easily. My only complaint is that there was a communication issue with emails not being received, but all turned out ok, though cover arrived much later than expected. Company tried to rectify by sending it Fedex. I appreciate their efforts.”

“I ordered a swing cover in 2021, received it in August but did not put on my swing until spring. When I put the swing cover on the zipper was in the wrong place. I then reached out to customer service to rectify the situation. they replaced my cover with the zipper in the correct spot. I am extremely happy with my swing cover, excellent quality and it will last for at least a decade or more. Thanks for all your help Jed.”

“Rated my purchase of a gas grill cover a four (4) due to the long delivery time. Not fault of ALCO, but the delivery environment we live in today. The craftsmanship and quality of the material exceeded my expectations. Will buy more products from ALCO in the future.”

“Price was great! Good product and easy to install. Delivery was poor. FedEx could be more to blame for delivery quality but we were missing a few pertinent components with the delivery. Very easy to order sizes, styles and colors. Easy install, good price, poor delivery and poor warranty for a product made to be installed outside.”

“Very happy with my new cover. Wasn’t sure what I was going to do for my custom grill table & then I found alcocovers. Looks great and material much heavier duty than I anticipated. It should stand up to the New England winters just fine. Thank you.”

“Good material and workmanship durable. It fit well and didn’t experience any problems. Does protect my equipment from the elements- had a few bad storms and experienced no problems. Is a good value for a custom cover. I would purchase from them again”

“ALCO accepted my order after 2 other companies turned it down. I was requesting a custom cover for industrial machinery, to keep it dry while machinery around it is washed. The cover delivered is perfect and even has a water proof "wet suit" like zipper. We have shared the cover specs with the OEM and they will also be ordering more.”

“We had a problem with part of the order so I couldn't leave a 5 star rating. (I'd like to leave a 4 1/2 star review, but it's not an option.) But, they went out of their way to fix it and make sure the problem was resolved. Every time I contacted them, I received a fast and courteous response. Overall, very happy with the products and the service. Highly recommended!”

“Even though it took a little longer than normal, my customer outdoor island cover fits perfectly and the quality is far better than any store-bought cover I've purchased in the past. The cover is designed specifically for my island and I was able to factor in the faucet as well. Extremely happy with my purchase and the cost was more than reasonable.”
