Quality seems good, but it would have been great if they wrote the finished size somewhere on the tarp. I bought 5 different sizes and now I have too measure each one to install…..

Can't say enough about the service I received from ALCO. My outdoor kitchen was "U" shaped with many obstacles. Cover fit "GREAT"...easy on and off. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

We ordered the couch cover and an ottoman cover. The couch cover was delivered in a box wrapped in clear wrap. No ottoman cover. It took some time and many calls and emails over a few weeks but the ottoman cover was shipped and fits very nicely. The covers are very well made and seem very durable. The slow response on customer service is the only complaint. The issue was finally resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered one cover in early May. Due to the pandemic there were many delays. I finally received it and the material was good quality. I ordered the higher quality material. I have a circular patio set and the cover fit but it wasn’t easy to put yet it does work. I ordered two more end of July and was told I would get them in august. I paid expedited shipping. I’m being told now September. There is a note about slight delays. My feedback is that just be upfront with customers and put the information on your site. You need to send confirmation emails that indicate an expected ship date.

Same situation as all the recent reviews here. Ordered in April, each week they push back and say "expected to ship next Monday". I've been hearing this since early May. Service is awful, with no followups or check-ins. The "track order" feature on the site doesn't work. I would love to review the actual product and will change my review depending if it ever arrives. It's better for a company to be honest and upfront with expected arrival times. If they would have just told me it was arriving late - mid June I wouldn't be upset here. It's the constant "next week, next week, next week". Many other companies make custom covers, if not received I am going that route. Also, we are all dealing with COVID - stop using that as an excuse with every email response, just give us all semi-accurate times for delivery. It's not hard, be professional. *EDIT* All the above still stands but I did finally receive my order. The covers are made in India so I am sure that is one hold up in the equation here. Shipping was actually very fast via FedEx once I got a tracking number. I will say, the quality of the actual cover itself is truly remarkable. Thick material, great stitching, came with a bag to hold it, and literally a PERFECT fit for my order, which had over 20 different measurements. I am very satisfied with the quality and product. I would say if you’re going to order, just have the mindset that it will take about 2-3 months to receive, not 12 working days. As long as you are okay with that timeframe, it’s worth the wait. I made an online purchase for a custom-made table cover on 10/12 and this order was charged to my credit card. On 10/29, I contacted the company at the telephone number on my confirmation and was informed that the order would be shipped by 11/01. After not receiving the promised shipment, I again contacted the company on 11/06 and was informed that the order would be shipped by 11/08 which is a discrepancy from their earlier confirmation. I was informed by the representative from the company that she would “ check with product “ and call me later today 11/06 with an update. If did not receive the promised call. I have since contacted my credit card provider and disputed the charge. I will not be dealing with this company again.

I ordered my L-shaped outdoor patio cover back in May. I did exactly what I wanted it to do which was keep my set dry. We also have spruce trees close which constantly are leaving needles and sap all over everything and hard to clean afterwards. The cover protected it from that and had no trouble standing up to our high winds. For the price I would highly recommend these covers.

Great products. Horrible customer service. They could not complete my order that was promised in two weeks. Ended up being two months. I would call and email and get told two different things by two different people and neither would follow through. My patio furniture covers are great (why my review is rated as high as it is) but my air curtain came up short of expectations. I was shipped a 10' air curtain with 8' of mounting track. I subtracted the 3" (height) from my order based on the websites recommendations for my type of mounting and they took off an additional 3" so now my curtain is not serving it's intended purpose. I have to stack 2x4's under I to use it. Very disappointed.

Order confirmed and payment 2/17 it's now 2/22 nothing yet also shipping cost too high 18.99 for a small cover
