“Called ALCO without knowing anything about the company for a cover to help preserve an upright bar bq smoker. Sent dimensions & received an immediate reply explaining how everything worked. Received my cover in about a week and it fits perfectly and works just as imagined. Would definitely recommend to friends and even order again should I have another need. Thanks ALCO and good look😊”

“Alcocovers hooked me up! I just re did my garden and wanted something that looked nice to protect my workbench, but also provide great and easy functionally to access it. The were able to design and make cover that worked perfectly. Highly recommend!”

“Same situation as all the recent reviews here. Ordered in April, each week they push back and say "expected to ship next Monday". I've been hearing this since early May. Service is awful, with no followups or check-ins. The "track order" feature on the site doesn't work. I would love to review the actual product and will change my review depending if it ever arrives. It's better for a company to be honest and upfront with expected arrival times. If they would have just told me it was arriving late - mid June I wouldn't be upset here. It's the constant "next week, next week, next week". Many other companies make custom covers, if not received I am going that route. Also, we are all dealing with COVID - stop using that as an excuse with every email response, just give us all semi-accurate times for delivery. It's not hard, be professional. *EDIT* All the above still stands but I did finally receive my order. The covers are made in India so I am sure that is one hold up in the equation here. Shipping was actually very fast via FedEx once I got a tracking number. I will say, the quality of the actual cover itself is truly remarkable. Thick material, great stitching, came with a bag to hold it, and literally a PERFECT fit for my order, which had over 20 different measurements. I am very satisfied with the quality and product. I would say if you’re going to order, just have the mindset that it will take about 2-3 months to receive, not 12 working days. As long as you are okay with that timeframe, it’s worth the wait. “Customer service is horrible, if you can get anyone. After 3 weeks of no communication I reached out for status on my order and was told my order shipped and was provided tracking numbers. The tracking numbers show labels were printed a week ago, but my order was never shipped. It's a week later after they "shipped" and I still can't get a straight answer, for the last 3 days I've been told just to wait longer or they are checking with UPS. No need, UPS clearly says they never got the package. Seems all the people providing customer service are virtual employees with no ability to actually solve a problem. I left a voice mail, no return call. Called again the next day selected sales option was told I would get a email back that day, no email. Chat.. Useless offered no info and told me to basically just keep waiting.”

“I ordered from this company under the impression my 2 safe covers would be made at their manufactory office. USA. I placed an order in August and I am still waiting on my order. The first time (6 weeks later) I followed up I was told it was in production. I called 10 days later and I was told it was in transit. I sent another email to get the tracking info. Come to find out my safe covers are being shipped from China. Had I of known this I would of ordered directly from WISH. I could of saved a bunch of money.This explains the reason for the delay in receiving. I hope my safe covers are satisfactory as these reviews say their product is. At this point I am already disappointed.”

“We are very pleased with our Alco Cover. I built a storage box for our outdoor furniture cushions and the cover fits the box just the way we wanted it too. The cover is made of a very good quality fabric. We are going to order a second cover for our outdoor furniture. We highly recommend Alco Covers.”

“Unbelievably beautiful quality. Extremely happy. I have been buying covers for my outdoor sofa set from Homedepot for years. They last max. of 2 years then tear from the sun. This Alco cover fits like a dream and I can tell it will last for many years. Plus you can set up the outdoor furniture the way you want to store it to access easily. So now we will use the furniture more since it isn't such a chore to get it set back up. It is all customized to what you want. It costs maybe 2x what the awful HD covers cost but it so much better. Don't hesitate. Love the quality. Our cover is made from a heavyweight vinyl that doesn't look like it will tear from the weight of the rain or rot in the sun. We live in Seattle so plenty of rain.”

“I am very pleased with my ALCO cover and the amazing customer service provided! First, the cover is great quality and fit my outdoor sectional perfect. I also have a lot of oversized pillows that fir perfectly under the cover as well. Most covers, you know, look like a cover. The ALCO cover is of high quality and design and looks sharp. I also was very pleased with their outstanding customer service. There was a delay in my cover and I contacted customer service. They were fantastic in responding to the situation and their follow up. I will definitely be ordering from ALCO again for additional quality protection for the investment I have made in patio furniture. Thank you ALCO team for a great experience!!! Jeff from Illinois”

“I finally received my (oddly shaped) custom cover and I just want to extend my sincere gratitude for a job, very well done. Although the process from ordering to actually receiving my cover has been long, very time consuming and extremely tedious, I truly do appreciate you critical and exacting attention to detail. “I was told when I ordered my cover it would take 10-14 days before it would ship. This was longer than usual because of COVID, and that’s understandable. Their website gives an expected ship date, which has changed a couple times, but still says it will ship on 7/23, but so far hasn’t. I contacted ALCO Covers via their website. They reached out to me personally, and guaranteed shipment within the week. Customer service works.”
