“I requested a specialty cover for my generator. I supplied measurements and photos and they sent a confirmation drawing that looked right. I tested it as soon as I received it and it fit perfectly. I asked for velcro on 3 corners so I could uncover the control panel and the exhaust while it's running. That was also perfectly done, but you went a step further - clips were added to hold the rolled up vinyl in place! That was quite a surprise and shows that someone is thinking beyond the custom order to make it better. I've ordered a couple of patio furniture covers in the past so I had a trust factor that things would go right. And they did. I always order 18 oz. for my covers. Thanks for your attention to detail.”

“This cover is a perfect fit for our L shaped sofa patio furniture. We’d purchased a few different off-the-shelf covers that never fit properly, so it was time to order a custom cover. I was a bit worried with all the complicated measurements needed, but we followed the directions, noted specific edges where we wanted zippers or closures, and it arrived exactly as we imagined. If I remember correctly, I even added a few pictures of the sofa to my order. We’ve actually purchased two of the identical covers in different materials. The first, was ordered in the heavier material. It was not the right choice for us. It was heavy and difficult to fold and store. It was a 2-person job to remove and fold, or replace. For us, we leave the sectional covered when rain threatens, and uncover it and store it when not. We also take the furniture in for the winter (New England) so we didn’t need the heavy duty winterized material. Based on our first cover (which was also a perfect fit…just too heavy), we ordered a second one in the medium grade material and it’s absolutely perfect. We added another couple of corner zippers for ease of removal also. It is sturdy, waterproof, and easy to remove and fold, and just as easy to quickly unfold and put back on when rain threatens. Great purchase and it still looks like new after a year in the sun and rain.”

“Hello Alcocovers and crew, I ordered my custom cover for my trailer 4 weeks ago and it arrived with in 10 days ... Your website made it super easy to order my cover with zero hassle. It fits perfectly to the sizes I sent , I added closed S-clips to the grommets for the 3/8 rip cord to slid through to tide down. I put it the test this weekend on a 500 mile road trip in the pouring rain , Amazing, Awesome, Wow and not one thing got wet and my form fitted 18mm cover is flawless, Thank You.. Jim j. If there is a way I can send a picture to show anyone looking to purchase a custom cover , let me know . Advice to your future customers i wouldn't buy a cover from anywhere else..”

“Actually I've had three custom covers made by Alco. One for my CNC monitor and stand. One for my CNC plasma table gantry and one for my outside water filter. Made of quality material and are great fits. Alco has an excellent way of getting your measurements in order to get a great fit. They leave nothing to chance. If you follow their computerized diagram for measurements your cover will fit like a glove. Alco also has a sister company that makes welding curtains and enclosures also of high quality and to your exact measurements. Can't go wrong with either of these companies. Their support team is also great if any problems arise.”

“Custom fit cover seems of good quality and the fit was perfect. The problem was when I went to put cord through the grommets I found them to be very cheaply made. They bend as easy as an aluminum can tab. Not to confident that they will hold up. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the grommets.”

“When my custom cover arrived, there was some damage from the shipper. Instead of hassling and delaying, ALCO Covers responded promptly and personally. The cover is very high quality and will last a long time in our MN climate. If you are looking for a well made outdoor cover for a table and chairs, choose ALCO Covers!”
