Ordered a grill cover in 2021 and was super happy with the material, quality and fit. So, second time around I went looking for the same product. This time the material was changed and I received a heavy vinyl product which is no better than store bought. Very disappointed, way overpriced.

Everything seemed to go pretty well through the transaction, except that "Gretchen" would NOT answer our question: WHERE ARE YOUR COVERS MANUFACTURED? Our only reference is the statement on every single page on their website that claims that their HQ is in Jacksonville, Florida. Today we received the cover via DHL from PAKISTAN. Goodbye US Dollars and American jobs - and they refuse to even be honest with us when we ask that specific question. Never buying from these liars again.

The custom fitting is really nice however the vinyl looks very very cheap. Candidly it looks like someone went to Home Depot purchased tarps and sewed them together.

Thought I would find a reputable company that specializes in custom skylight covers. When ordering I followed the suggestions on their website. Ordered the very best. Product arrived(never any shipping info)and it was not as advertised so I contacted customer service. They said they would call me back. No call back. Called the next day and spoke with Jed. Jed said their website did not show fastener in each corner of the cover. I asked if he needed me to send him a screenshot or would he like to go on Alcos website while we were on the phone. He went to the page and said "Oh, thats a mistake, I will have to have IT change that". He said that is not the best fastening system for a skylight anyways. I said lets look again at your website and lo and behold, the fastening system I chose say "Best for wind". His response was I will have to notify IT and have that changed. So I asked if they would refund my money or remake the cover. He said he or the production manager would get back to me. After a week of no call or email i sent another email. Jed emailed me back and offered a 20% refund if I keep the cover. I replied that I would either like a full refund or the cover remade properly. No response. It has been a month now and my skylight cover is held on with a ratchet strap. If you are looking for quality work or decent customer service, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALCO. All of this over a $70 skylight cover.

Just received my custom cover. Doesn’t fit. If I move it anymore it will rip. Provided specific notes one the pit as well as a picture. Very frustrating to wait weeks ( which was noted so no issues there) then to deal with DHL which can’t ever seem to deliver anything on time. Will wait to see how issue is resolved for $140 cover.

Will give them a 0 star if I could for lack of customer service and clarity in quotes. They get you excited during the original conversations, send you a quote and give you a 2-3 weeks lead time which turns out to be 4-5 weeks as the covers come from Pakistan. They are not clear in the way they quote which makes it hard on newbies when it comes to outdoor covers. Placed a partial order for what I thought were full size covers and received top covers.

Ordered a custom cover, approved the design verbally, and via email, told it was a 2-3 week lead time, a month went by so I emailed and asked about the status of my cover and I was sent back a dwg to approve for production, so it sat for 4 weeks with no movement in the company, no emails, no phone calls, they took my money day 1, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I would NOT recommend to anyone for anything

We at times will try to verify measurements so that the cover is perfect and it looks like this email might have not been received. I ordered from this company under the impression my 2 safe covers would be made at their manufactory office. USA. I placed an order in August and I am still waiting on my order. The first time (6 weeks later) I followed up I was told it was in production. I called 10 days later and I was told it was in transit. I sent another email to get the tracking info. Come to find out my safe covers are being shipped from China. Had I of known this I would of ordered directly from WISH. I could of saved a bunch of money.This explains the reason for the delay in receiving. I hope my safe covers are satisfactory as these reviews say their product is. At this point I am already disappointed.

I had three issues with the custom cover: - The zipper was broken on the pouch that the cover arrived in. I had to cut the pouch open. - The measurements provided should have left a hole for the spigot. - The Velcro opening should have been in the front (rather than the back) to allow easy access to change the filter cartridges. I called the company prior to ordering because I was concerned that the cover wouldn't be supported properly since the water filtration system is attached to a wall. I was told that this was done all the time and not to worry about it. I also explained that there is a water spigot on the front of the water softener that I needed to be able to access. The measurements I provided left space for that opening. I assumed the Velcro opening would be in the front. The website indicated that the Velcro would allow for easy opening. I have to change the water filter periodically. Because there is no opening in the front, I have to remove the cover completely to change the water filter. I provided detailed pictures with measurements. I asked the representative to contact me if there were any questions, The cover arrived and couldn't be used properly since there is no hole for the water spigot and the Velcro opening is in the back against the wall. I emailed the company and was told that this was all my fault. My emails asking if there was anything they could do to help me were ignored. My friend bought the same water filtration unit and planned to purchase a cover from ALCO covers. I have advised him to purchase the cover from another company. Since the water filtration system with cover had to be approved by my HOA, I have provided the HOA my required review advising them not to recommend this company to any resident for any type of covers.

The stand alone dumpster cover came damaged and had to be returned. a replacement was sent and when I asked for a copy of the assembly instructions because the system is banded and we want to premeasure where the unit is going so we lay it out correctly and make sure that the assembly goes well. I merely asked for electronic instruction and was ignored twice.

Customer Service is a joke. I ordered a black heavy duty cover for my outdoor kitchen with a logo. They never asked me for a color on the logo and I assumed it would be white. When I received it, it was a dark blue logo on the black cover. I emailed them and they wanted to argue that they had done it exactly like the picture I sent them. The picture was a black logo on a wooden bench. They sent back a black logo on a gray background. They emphatically stated that they had done it like I authorized. I proceeded to ask them why the area behind the logo wasn’t gray the and the letters black like they said. He then said he would make it again with black letters. I said my intent was to have the white letters on the black. He refused to honor my request even though the process to re-do it was exactly the same. What a joke. Never order from these people!!!!

Company failed to deliver stool cover. Said it was in box with rest of order. Nope, it was not there. Ordered the covers in June and now it is almost Oct and still no stool cover. Company is poorl in customer service. Called my credit company to report the situation. They are handling it now. Hopefully now Alco will come thru with the cover. I will consider changing rating if they follow through on delivery.

You charged this entire order back with your CC company including the covers that your received and we sent you a replacement for the missing cover. I couldn’t give it 0 stars or I would. Absolutely the worse experience buying a product off the internet. Cover shipped 2 months after I ordered it. After waiting 2 months for what was supposed to be a 100% waterproof cover it’s anything but. Leaks like crazy with the least bit of rain. I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails I thought they might make it right. Nope and now they have quit replying to emails. Looks like I’m stuck with a $100 heavy duty cover leaking 100% of the time when I should have bought a cheap $30 cover from somewhere that leaks just as good.

We ordered the couch cover and an ottoman cover. The couch cover was delivered in a box wrap in clear wrap. No ottoman cover. I have contacted the company many time on issue and they claim that it was in the same box. IT WAS NOT. I opened the box, there was No other wrapping or filler in box other than clear wrap couch cover. They stopped responding and just repeated themselves. Customer service was horrible and although couch cover fits nicely, I told my neighbors who were also looking for covers to go elsewhere due to service, and that they refuse to make things right.

I was really excited about this product and the information on the website made it easy to put in the order and validate that my measurements were correct. But...that's about where the excitement ended. After the order was placed on May 16th, I received no feedback from anyone at the company which is not acceptable since their disclaimers says "If any changes are required we need to know ASAP. (No more than 1 work day)." Well, I put in my notes to "please contact me to ensure my measurements are correct." On May 20th, at 0932, I called and left a message to call back about the order. No one called and so I called again at 1530 and finally reached a sales rep. The sales rep was unable to locate my order and asked me to email it to someone else at the company and subsequently I would get a call back by COB. Well, that never happened and so I had to call again today. When I finally got someone I was told they found the order it had not been processed. Additionally, it would take 3 weeks to a month before this would ship. Had this been prominently advertised on their website I would have gone elsewhere. But, since no obvious disclaimer is given at any point in the process regarding shipping delays related to COVID I've now wasted a week for something I need by the 29th. Since their website claims orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days or 7-10 business days (Depending on cost) I had no issues placing the order. Not okay to operate this way and also not okay to make it right.

Spent 2300.00 on heated blankets that said "thaw up to 8ft" of frozen ground. These didnt even thaw ice and snow 4 inches in a 28 hr. period. Completely dissatisfied. RIP off.

After recently purchasing 4 custom sized covers for our new deck furniture from Alco, I have two observations. First, the covers took significantly longer to be delivered than indicated on the website when ordering. Perhaps this is due to them being shipped from India leading me to assume they were manufactured offshore. More seriously, during recent rains here in San Francisco all four covers leaked. Two chairs and a sofa all had water on their cushions and the table had as much water under the cover surface as was on top, which was a lot. I have communicated with Alco about the waterproof failure of all my covers and will revise my review if I receive a satisfactory and timely solution. Pending that, based on my experience of a 100% failure rate, proceed with caution.

Hi Chuck, You are absolutely correct in being unhappy with your cover leaking. These are heavy duty covers that should not leak. With that being said, we do have issues from time to time for different reasons and do warranty against this type of failure. Sadly, I’ve had the same experience as Peter James only I’ve been waiting since September 19!!! Emailed them... no response... called them 15 times always getting a woman’s voicemail. Left a message... still no response. They sure were quick to take my money yet I have no idea when or IF I’ll ever get this custom cover

Made the cover incorrectly. No umbrella hole or zipper as requested. Never responded when I can receive a new one. I emailed 4 times, and called. Never answer phones or emails. Awful customer service

Ordered a cover that was promised within 2 weeks. Called numerous times after the two weeks and given different excuses each time about why it hadn't shipped yet. after 3 1/2 weeks they said it was in production and they didn't have an estimate on when it would ship. Cancelled the order.
