“I was told when I ordered my cover it would take 10-14 days before it would ship. This was longer than usual because of COVID, and that’s understandable. Their website gives an expected ship date, which has changed a couple times, but still says it will ship on 7/23, but so far hasn’t. I contacted ALCO Covers via their website. They reached out to me personally, and guaranteed shipment within the week. Customer service works.”

“I rated Alco Custom Covers a 4 as opposed to a 5 for the simple fact that what was originally quoted as shipping in 2 weeks took 2 months. Would I order from them again: absolutely! Why? Because when they were altered to this major delay, they did everything a reasonable person can to try to make it right including providing a refund for part of the purchase price. Plus when it did arrive, it fit my grill perfectly and appears to be made from the highest quality materials. When a company performs perfectly the first time you take it for granted. The real test of a firm who is customer-service oriented is how they react when there is a mistake. In this department, Alco gets an A+.”

“We received our cover for our outdoor table and chairs. It fits well and it was exactly what we ordered. It took a little longer to arrive than was expected but we appreciate the commitment of this company. We would recommend them to our friends.”

“We could not find a cover for our new sectional. Nothing would fit. I found ALCO , and we are delighted with the custom fit. We later purchased another cover for a new chair. Recommend ALCO to daughter in law. And friends.”

“The covers are perfectly made and fit is perfect as well. Communication with the staff regarding delivery was inconsistent but everyone was extremely polite. The product was somewhat pricey but consistent with the quality and workmanship. I would recommend Alco Covers for what should be a lasting quality product.”

“While it did take 52 days to finally receive the order - they are great. A perfect fit. My complaint comes from the fact they do not update you for your specific order. The emails are very basic and general. Better customer service is needed. BUT - if you don't mind the wait time... this is a great service. They are made in India - which I didn't know. But it is an american company you work with.”

But it is an american company you work with. Original Review: Have not received an update for a tracking number. I have PAID FOR these covers on May 5, 2020. Every email is the same and does not give an update. They need to be HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their poor customer service.”

“I ordered a custom cover for an L-shaped outside couch. It was about December 2019 or so. The communication about the order was limited, and it took a bit of time to receive, but it was worth waiting for. The cover is good, it is light but sturdy, and it fits well. If I need another cover, I'll consider Alco first.”

But it is an american company you work with. ORIGINAL REVIEW: LOOK AT ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!!! When ordered, the website says 7-10 working days. It's been a month since ordering and haven't received my order. An email was sent with an expected ship date by 6/7/20. Today is 6/4/20. I am hoping I get a shipment tracking number by 6/7. If I do, I will change my review. I believe they need to change their website with updated information regarding shipping. Part of the reason I ordered these custom covers was because of the turn around time. I hope they are of good quality and are correct in their design and fabrication.”

“A little late-but well worth the wait! Excellent cover. Expertly made. Quality water-proof materials. Attention to detail. Obviously, due to the COVID-19 virus with a mfg plant in Florida there were some reasonable delays and the product arrived 26 days after the order was placed. Nonetheless, it was well worth the wait. Very pleased overall.”

“The online ordering process was easy for me to use, and the order came as I specified (all though the processing time and actual delivery took longer than anticipated). The covers have been outside in rain, snow, ice and our usual cold winter temperatures, and appear to be holding wood well.”

“I recently used ALCO for the first time to procure a custom rack cover needed to keep some infrequently used items clean in our manufacturing plant. The first cover was made incorrectly (Velcro splits put on wrong side), but ALCO stood behind their work and replaced the cover without questions. The replacement fit the rack snugly and securely. The quality appears to be very good. Despite the mix-up with the initial delivery, I would not hesitate to use ALCO again in the future.”

“So i retract my statement "SCAM SCAM SCAM" i finally got my covers. I was fairly impressed with the quality. The draw string is a little tough to tighten but all in all im happy and WILL order again”

“I ordered two custom covers for two outdoor chairs. The fit is perfect and there is no wetness on the chairs. The color was correct and they came undamaged. The shipping time was a little longer then I expected. But that might be typical for custom orders? I would use them again.”

“My overall experience with the company was positive. They missed the initial promise date or they would have been given 5 stars. However, they did free expedited shipping when it was available and followed up with me afterwards. I have to say the cover itself is amazing! I got it custom made (not cheap) but was totally worth it. Fits perfectly and I can tell that is is made so well it will last for years. This is a HUGE angled couch and could find nothing to fit it. And this one is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend the covers.”

“We have a hex shaped fire pit and all commercially available covers didn’t fit the dimensions. We went to Alco with their online simple to use order form, added specific dimensions, picked material and details and when received it fit perfectly and is of great quality. Should withstand all the elements of nature for years to come”
