“Everything has ben great so far--only had the button for a couple of months. Check ins have been answered quickly so I'm assuming that a help call would be answered just as quick.”

“After havjng triple with first one for my mom they suggested a different wifi carrier and so far it has worked great and not having to charge it non stop. Just wish we had done that earlier.”

“Alert1 has been a Gods Send !! This pendant provides additional security and freedom to stay at home. Those who man the call lines have been fantastic in responding during the monthly test calls. The pendant is easy to wear, the charging station is easy to use and its attractive. Thank you for being creative in this product and its coverage.”
