“I got the alert for my 93 year old mom. I am very pleased with the alert 1. Although I was only at my neighbors for a short time, mom fell and the EMT's were called and responded quickly to the alert 1 call. This is a great service that I know I can rely on, and know my mom is in good hands when I'm not home with her. Definitely worth every penny.”

“The one time the button got pushed and it was by accident, but my father (Norman) couldn't get to the phone in time, you did a fantastic job. You notified us, got the paramedics out to the house and, fortunately, all was well. We're very happy with the service.”
