“I always wondered what would happen if mom needed to “push that button.” She fell this past Tuesday. Alert 1 was there and soon after that the EMT’s arrived. Great service! Thanks so much. We couldn’t have done it without you.”

“They called my son like I asked them to and when he could not be reached they tried my other children and when no one could be reached they sent an ambulance. They got me up off the floor.”

“At 2am to find my mom unresponsive was quite a scare. You were there for me and mom. Help arrived in probably 5-10 min. Mom is doing fine. One question, if the button is pushed and no one answers will help still be sent?”

Hi Elaine. So glad to hear your Mom is doing fine! Yes, if the button is pushed and no one answers we will first try to give your mom a call to make sure it isn't a false alarm, and then we will call her list of responders.

“They notified everyone that is a contact even though the person that needed help was able to speak to the alert1 person. They still notified each contact of her situation and what they did in responding. In this case it ended up not being a real emergency but since she recently had heart surgery the pain she was experiencing happen to be located on her left side which sent her into a panic mode. The first contact happen to show up before a ambulance was dispatched and alert1 was able to notify them to cancel it. I was very pleased with the service. I was the second contact and was aware of the situation before I left for work but they called me when I got to work and told me what had transpired and the outcome and if I would of disagreed with the decision they would of sent the ambulance. We received excellent service and don't think it could of turned out in better in they way they handle every part of our situation in my opinion.”

“My 102 year old mom fell in the bathroom and pressed the button on her Alert1 emergency wrist band. She was able to communicate her problem to Alert1 staff and they immediately called us per her instructions. We live very close to her house and within minutes we arrived and found her on the floor. She had broken her hip.”
