Hangzhou Green Forest Toys & Gifts Co.LTD I ordered 200 units of a product from this supplier for $5,000 with the intention of selling them through Amazon FBA in the United States. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major mistake. The supplier misrepresented the product specifications, failed to meet Amazon's compliance requirements, and engaged in deceptive practices throughout the transaction. As a result, Amazon US rejected the entire shipment and ultimately disposed of the goods, rendering my entire order unsellable and worthless. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the supplier took no responsibility. I am now left with a total loss, and no compensation has been offered. Buyers beware – do not risk your time and money with this company. If you're sourcing for Amazon or international markets, look for a supplier with proven compliance and transparent communication. This company is not trustworthy. Key Issues: 1. Misrepresentation of Compliance: The supplier explicitly guaranteed compliance with Amazon US regulations and agreed to cover any resulting costs if certifications failed. Despite this, Amazon rejected the shipment due to non-compliant documentation. 2. Deceptive Order Processing: The supplier initially attempted to fulfill the order using different products to reduce cost. They then submitted an incorrect order on Alibaba and asked me to settle the actual order privately—a direct violation of platform policies. 3. Misleading Shipping Advice: I was advised to declare the items as “wooden toys” instead of “wooden furniture” to minimize import duties. This misrepresentation directly contributed to the shipment being flagged, delayed, and eventually removed by Amazon.

Stop wiring cash to this company. If they cannot accept a legitimate credit card payment, then they are not safe to do business with. They say they offer a money back guarantee but will not help the buyer get their money back or product delivered.

Its advertisement is in English. However, no instruction manual has been supplied with the item. I requested such an instruction manual from the seller, but it appeared that there is no instruction at all. They offered video instruction in Chinese, but it is useless for me. Advertising an item for sale in English and having no instruction manual in English is somewhat deceiving and misleading. It is also not safe to buy and use an electrical appliance without instruction manual. Knowing all these, I would not make my decision to buy this item. Moreover, it is not possible to operate PID, which is stabilising water temperature in brewing chamber, without instruction manual. Usually, coffee machines are offered for sale being optimally tuned. I expected the same from this machine too. I expected that PID has been already tuned to keep required water temperature. However, it appears that PID is defective. It does not stabilise temperature as required, and water temperature is significantly fluctuating. Also, heating of group head is unusually slow. It comes to view that this machine is faulty and can't be used for its advertised purpose. I have no idea of how I can support this evidence by photos and videos. Given all the previously mentioned, I am willing to return this machine for full refund of money paid via relevant PayPal transaction. However, Alibaba.com has rejected my application with no help at all. I will never buy anything from Alibaba.com again.

NEVER BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE THEY RIP YOU OFF The worse Website to purchase from will not refund even when you have proof the item has been lost in the post they just advised you to go EVRI which you can do as there is only an automated email chat and phone I have raised this and shown them proof to be told no refund possible so basically I have lost money :( ripp off the website and would never buy again off there... Do NOT buy any electrical goods from Alibaba. I bought a laptop, which arrived with the wrong plug, even though I specifically stated a UK plug. They sent out the correct plug and within a few days the screen stopped working. They sent out a new screen, which I had to replace myself and that didn't sort out the fault, so I asked for a refund, which they refused because it had gone past the 30 day deadline. It had gone past the 30 day deadline because the supplier had took so long to rectify the original order. So, once again, DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL GOODS FROM ALIBABA.

Would give a zero but not an option so a rating of one is generous. Bought a product, and product not delivered and company took my dad's money. I immediately stepped in to help and no responses to our e-mails and chats. You cannot call them on the phone to explain., worst experience and company I have ever dealt with. It's like you are talking to someone in space, and nobody is there to answer. We called the better business bureau (look at those reviews and see the true story) and the FBI to report this company. Tip for consumers: Have somebody answer our chats, emails, California phone number we called *******580 in 525 Almanor Ave. in Sunnyvale, CA Leave message and nobody returns calls. Was hard enough to find the number to even call. Products used: Never shopped and basically stole my dads money and we have no product and they have $1,500 of his money Disgraceful/fraud

Alibabas Trade Assurance is a scam No matter how solid evidence you as a customer provides, trade assurance will side with the supplier. This means that trade assurance is completely worthless. Or worse, it gives you a false sense of security while you are being scammed.

Alibaba Trade Assurance is a failure. I am a Gold Member and have conducted numerous transactions on Alibaba.com. After months of communications with a supplier in which I stated the standard of product desired and much back and forth discussions on the product in question, I received products that were broken, and would crumble in my hands without any effort. First tried to dispute this with the seller with no resolve so contacted Alibaba Trade Assurance. Threads of evidence and attachments were shared, months went by, I kept following up. I was asking for $1,890 for the faulty goods I paid for. Alibaba escalation team continued to ask for proof of the standard of quality. I shared more evidence of the supplier's defective goods, supplier's emails asking for payment outside of Alibaba then putting their Alibaba fees on me, and most importantly, evidence of the standard of goods I was asking for and the supplier's acknowledgement. Alibaba escalation team wrote back that there is not enough evidence so they have closed the case. In sum, I was supposed to be protected by their Trade Assurance program. They kept asking for evidence of the standard that was agreed to. If you order fruit for delivery only to receive rotten fruit, do you have had to describe fresh consumable fruit and have the seller agree to it before purchasing and have evidence of this? Isn't fresh fruit or good working materials and parts a standard that is universal when providing or expecting any goods? I did provide evidence of the damaged goods, the "standard" agreed to, and more. I had faith in Alibaba's team and program but they have proven to be substandard and will no longer use their platform. The fees paid to Alibaba and being a good standing member mean nothing against their demands and lack of upholding their promises. Their service is not worth the money. Furthermore, Alibaba asking for "proof of standard" on broken and crumbling goods purchased shows how low their bar is that they cannot uphold a common standard and share that with their buyers. PRO: Someone responded CON: Their resolution reasons and standard they hold are below average thus cannot trust that they uphold a standard of quality that buyer's should be receiving. FAILED on good products, better service, and their Trade Assurance program.

Alibaba I ordered a small ticket item (uniform) which was too small and damaged. I was unable to get a refund or return it. One who is dishonest in very little is also dishonest in much!

Shocking company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I purchased an item through alibaba. It should have taken around 1 month to arrive. 2.5 months later and I still have not recieved it. No problem these things happen. I stared a dispute with alibaba and they have been horrendous. They go against their own terms and conditions. They won’t refund you. Instead take days to reply to you. And then tell you to wait a few days. Contact them again and they take a few more days. To tell you to wait again. This process never ends. And they won’t refund you for missing items dispute what their terms and conditions state. Trade assurance is pointless as they don’t honour it. Avoid this shambolic company and go with a different one.

This is fraudulent sellers supporting platform. I ordered 75 height foldable dinning table of solid wood and rock (2mm) coated, but I got plastic (laminated) wood with plastic foil coated (poor connected) instead. only 72 cm height, squeaking table. Non usable in our standards. Alibaba has “mediation agent” Lena, something the most dishonest as can be. She offered $500 of full paid $770, after I declined it Lena concluded simply “0 refund,”she noted that I have not requested return. notwithstanding I clearly requested I want to remove from our house and return this squeaking fake product to the seller. Lena ignored my trade insurance which granted to me a full refund in such a scam (fraud) and right to return the goods. I believe both (Lena and fraudulent supplier) will be prosecuted and Alibaba will pay a damage for such a degrading and dishonest dealing with . Alibaba is platform to avoid in any case!

Alibaba is a fraud company. I purchased an item worth CAD 200,000 from Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. They don't have enough capacity to do the engineering and production. I filed the refund application, but Alibaba 100% biased the case and support to the seller. I check the review about Alibaba customer care and found that they always favor to seller and close the case without review your evidence. They have the same person to review the case and make a false statement about the buyer. Then the same person handles the case and even escalates the case to the same person who deals with the higher team. They only change the name of the Alibaba representative. You never get a fair decision from Alibaba. It is a giant fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH ALIBABA and Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. Or Canglong Group

I had ordered LED lights through Alibaba Trade Assurance programs. The Chinese supplier sent lights of much lower specifications, then what I had ordered. Despite Trade Assurance, Alibaba refused to give a refund or get them exchanged.

I bought a gift on Alibaba for my family. But they lied to me. Shipping and tracking and delivery have been a total failure. So because it was under guarantee I demanded a refund. But they refused and their decision was biased in favor of their business partners. No apology or acceptance of responsibility for their failure to deliver as promised. That is a poor business practice. Their whole system is corrupt. Their tracking system is a total failure, Shipment from Nederlands to South Africa is supposed to be 2 weeks, but 7 weeks have passed, and still no delivery. Did they lie about where the shipment is coming from? The contract stipulates express delivery. They have failed to deliver in the set time period. The guarantee demands compensation. But are they acting like thieves who cannot be trusted? Liars and deceivers. Their guarantee means nothing. They have no honor, no shame in doing bad business. Their word means nothing. Like chaff in the wind, it has no substance. They need to change.

I ordered spare parts for my vacuum cleaner S6MaxV from ROBOROCK via Ali express Vancouver BC They shipped wrong parts as follows: 4 WRONG OVERSIZED FILTERS 2 WRONG BRUSHES WITHOUT BRISTLES I called, e-mailed, and communicated with ROBOROCK and ALI-EXPRESS via their CHAT I sent pictures and measurements of original offer and pictures of received parts showing brush without bristles AND PICS OF OVERSIZED/ INCORRECT FILTERS FIVE TIMES!! I STARTED dispute on December 2, 2021 They insist, that they (Ali-express and merchant) can not establish my claim ??!! Pics show so obviously that brushes DON’T HAVE BRISTLES AND FILTERS ARE OVERSIZED! They suggested that either I ship back incorrect parts back AT MY EXPENSE for full refund or they refund only $12.00! Shipping back wrong parts would cost me more than $40 by Canada post I suggested that they pay for return shipment and fully refund, or that just to settle, I agreed to partial refund of $45 without returning wrong parts.. ALIEXPRESS ADVISED AND I QUOTE: “Sorry, we have not identified this problem from your proof..” Hope you have a great experience shopping with AliExpress. Best regards, AliExpress Case Management Team My Five year old grandchild can see the difference between picture of brush with and without bristles.. Beware of ordering from CHINA/ALIEXPRESS.. Hello l will say this now is either l get back my money or l report your company to trustpilot and believe l mean it l placed an order with this company and (ganja-estates. com) and this is the 5day l have gotten the package from (ganja-estates. com) but haven’t haven’t heard or see anything from make my vape l guess this is a scam but l recommend (ganja-estates .com) to everyone trust my words.
