“Product is very good. Service is ok. Website does not function and once you sign up for a subscription you cant change it. Doesn't make much sense.”

“Great product and equally good customer service. My everyday walking along with physical activity just does not feel right if I do not have my ALine insoles in the shoes I'm wearing. These have made a significant difference in my workouts, walking and recovery. I recommend these anyone who wants to stay in the game whatever that may be for you. Rob Laguna Niguel, CA”

“My orthotics were in bad shape. I saw the ad and read thru it. Realized that this could be a better fit for me. I don't job of do gym but I like to play golf and gardening. They got well into my shoes and give me the support I need.”

“I purchased a second pair of ALINE insoles to use in a second pair of hiking boots; I have nearly recovered from plantar fasciitis due to these insoles (and yoga, and rolling my arch and heal on a spiky ball made for sufferers of plantar fasciitis). So relieved! My only request of ALINE is please make a thin insole that can work in shoes that do not have removable insoles. I can’t imagine I am the only women who doesn’t just want to wear sneakers and hiking boots (that have removable soles)!”

“These have been the ticket for me. I have beat my feet up over the years and have had two stress fractures. These have made it possible to hike 4 to 5 miles a day with my dogs.”

“It was the missing piece for my aging (and somewhat complicated) feet! Thank you! Best transverse arch support I’ve found yet. Tried many- mine are on the higher side. Spent at least double what one pair of Alines cost, looking for the right pair for me. Worth every penny.”

“Bought specifically for my ski boots. Product seemed well constructed and my foot felt good on it when I tried it on the floor. They didn’t work in my boots. Took up too much room...raising my instep. Went with custom footbeds instead which had a lower profile and didn’t compress the top of my foot into the boot liner/shell. They might work for you...but I had to return.”

“YOu shouldn't charge extra for the tabs on the bottom of the shoes. You should ask if they are needed and add them free of charge to those who need them. I am a long-time aline customer and the tabs were included in the past. I'm very disappointed that the price keeps going up, for the insole itself, and the tabs are no longer included in that price. Disappointed with this business choice. Also, the font on your website is very difficult to read. It might like "cool" but it's not functional for people. Consider changing it to reduce frustrations with customers and potential customers. It's difficult to even confirm the number size ordered, because the font is a poor choice.”

“For years, I have struggled to find an insole that would fit my feet so that my back wouldn’t hurt. Finally, I have found them. Aline has changed my fitness lifestyle and I will be a longtime customer. I have no back pain and the insoles are amazing!”

“I have used ALINE inserts in my shoes for the past few years and my feet don’t hurt anymore. My symptoms of plantar fasciitis are gone and I’m convinced that wearing the ALINE inserts are the reason. I use the inserts in my every day shoes and wear the cushion inserts when walking a few miles on hard pavement.”

“I really wanted to like the inserts but they just wouldn’t fit in any of my various sets of shoes. They were too long, and when I could stuff them into the shoe, then they seemed too thick for me to fit my foot into my shoe. I’m sure they’re a great product for others.”
