“Hi, I like your products. Your customer service is exceptional. Prompt personal calls are much appreciated. I'm disappointed in your $10 charge for the little wedges that tilt the insert for people like me that pronate. When I first started purchasing your products the wedges were included in the basic price. Now I pay $10 for about $0.03 of plastic. For me the wedges are a necessity. Your products aren't cheap. Boosting the basic price over $100 seems excessive. Just my thoughts.”

“I have had issues with a Morton Neuroma in my right foot and had to wear bulky orthotics. While they were formed for my feet and my issues, they were thick, heavy, and I had to get bulkier shoes to fit them. I was introduced to ALINE at least 10 years ago and decided to give them a try. I haven't had any huge flare-ups since and I have been able to go back to less bulky running shoes! ALINE, also, helps with my foot-knee-hip alignment. I won't run with anything else in my shoes.”

“Yes I did order 2 pairs for a gift which both did not fit and I have returned waiting for a credit I myself have several pairs and I love them. IF I don't get a credit soon that will not make me happy Gail Siciliano”

“Excellent sales support and shipping. Love my insoles thank you. Has made all the difference for me and my workouts. I was having chronic heal and foot pain which impacted my ability to run. Now I use my insoles in all my shoes and the pain is gone. Rob- Laguna Niguel, CA”

“I purchased a second pair of the ALINE Cushion after receiving a pair from my daughter-in-law. I have a collapsed arch only on my left foot and finding an orthotic that keeps me walking my 3-5 miles daily is so important to me. These orthotics are phenomenal and work better than the custom made orthotics I previously used.”

“I purchased my first pair of Aline's while skiing eight years ago! I've been wearing them and ordering more for more shoes ever since. I'm flatfooted and a big hiker and walker so going long distances and having my feet feeling good is critical not only to my physical health but my mental health!! They are a game changer and I highly recommend them to all of my flat-footed friends!! Dr. Mo”

“The fit is excellent. I have a size 9 foot and the 8-9 fits perfectly. Delivery was a bit slow. I wear the 1st pair in my moccasins. The 2nd will go into my golf shoe for when the snow melts. I already purchased 3rd pair for my other golf shoes. Thanks for the great comfort.”

“I wanted to love this insoles. I walk between 25-30 miles 4-5 days a week and understandably so my feet end up hurting. I need a lot of support for my feet. I replace my shoes every 3-4 months and I had been wearing other brand insoles. I gave Aline a try. The price point is high but I was positive. I used Aline for 3 months. My feet began to hurt even worse and the discomfort only grew as time went by. Then my back began to hurt. It was so bad I had to stop using them. I replaced them with my old insoles and it took about 2 weeks for the pain to go away. I simply can’t say that they did what they were meant to and at that price point they should’ve.”

“After suffering with lower back pain and trying different insoles for many years, I found ALINE and honestly, there's no more pain in my lower back. I can stand for periods of time, workout/exercise and enjoy life without any discomfort. I recommended ALINE to my brother and he will be purchasing a pair. Awesome insoles.”
