I made a reservation for a car to pick us up at our hotel and get to the airport. Given my previous experience (our airport pickup was great and arrived before our flight did), I was expecting them to be a few minutes early. When the car still hadn't arrived a few minutes after our prearranged time, I called and was told that not only had a car not yet been dispatched but it would probably be another 30 min. If I had been late, they would have charged for each minute of waiting time but All State didn't even have the courtesy to call me prior to my reservation time to let me know they wouldn't be able to meet their commitment.

We ordered a car for pickup at the airport and the car never showed up! We called the company and they said they couldn't give an estimated time for when someone would be there. We waited for over an hour and they still never showed. Please do NOT waste your money on this service!!!

Our driver was over half an hour late. He was supposed to pick us up for 8:50pm, but arrived around 9:30. Also, the car was FAR from what we expected. I didn't know that a Ford Edge was considered a luxury SUV such as an escalade in which your company falsely advertised. I believe that I shouldn't have to pay this trip before it was a commuters nightmare. Also, the car was very dirty.

NOT a good rate service. On internet you set the pick-up time writing the flight-number, so for Allstatelimo the waiting time starts from the moment of landing. The driver doesn't write the pick-off time. Total 190 dollars!!!

Driver tried to make me and my two daughters get out at time square with our luggage instead of taking us to the hotel because he could not make a left turn. I convinced him to circle around but then he got angry when a street fair forced him to go a few more blocks to get around. He again tried to get us to get out evenfurther away and I had to forcibly say I'm not getting out here I paid for a car to take me to my hotel and that's what I'm getting. He delivered us to the hotel but wasn't happy about it. I could get this with an Uber driver for less money. There was also wait time fees which he said he couldn't control. I was at the car within 30 minutes of my plane landing. The reservation said I'd be picked up around 5:10 and we were in the car by 4:45. I believe I am due a credit or refund of some kind and would appreciate someone contacting me.

Flight was delayed by a couple hours. Driver was angry at us for it. Never said hello, was yelling at his dispatch; very uncomfortable drive in from LaGuardia

Driver said he was was at airport waiting for us for 30 minutes before we finally got into car. We had to travel thru JFK to baggage claim and it took a long time. He should have known this if he was monitoring the flight. When we finally arrived at pick up point he wasn't there because he had to circle back. After looking for him for 15 minutes. I called him back and he said "Where the Fuck are you?" I told him we were at pickup point D. When he finally arrived, he was angry. He didn't follow the route he was instructed when the reservation was made.

Worst driver, worst experience, the driver was a different person than the description (man vs woman) he take the wrong street 4 times. He doesn't speak english and i had to call the dispatcher to finish the trip. Bad experience!!!!! never book again with you

The car arrived 1:15 hr late (ordered 13:05, arrived 14:22) without leaving us any message. We had to call the company, who couldn't solve it theirselves, but left us with a phone number of the driver to solve it ourselves. The car smelled very bad because of smoking of the driver.

The driver was nice but charged a waiting fee even though I explicitly made the reservation for 30 mins after flight landing. This was confirmed in my email. Will not recommend and plan to write many reviews on various social media sites to complain, so that others can be warned.

This is my first review on this site and, unfortunately, it is not a favorable one. Perhaps it was an anomaly, but we had a nightmare experience with one of All State Limo's drivers. He answered our request for an UberX to the airport - a $30 charge. However, after picking us up and realizing that the fee was only $30, he stopped the car, unilaterally canceled our Uber reservation, and insisted on a payment of $75 directly to All State Limo. He told us we would have to get out of the car if we didn't agree. Having a plane to catch, and being in an unfamiliar city, we had no choice but to pay the $75. When I called All State Limo to complain, they were of no help and told me I had to deal directly with the driver, who himself refused to give us a refund. It all demonstrated a baffling callousness about the entire situation.

Car wasn't big enough for luggage(4 people only 3 suitcases)seat belt didn't work, driver not personable, and took us to the wrong hotel.

Driver arrived to wrong terminal, despite correct information in request and email confirmations; after showing up 20 minutes later than anticipated (after 2/3 calls with dispatch), driver was very aggressive, condescending and patronizing. Though, to his credit, I did arrive to my destination on time -- with the delay in pickup, I anticipated being 5 minutes late according to google map app.

Your driver was aggressive unfriendly and threatening, in fact I was in two minds as to whether to get into the vehicle with him he threw my bags into the boot with aggression. My daughter booked the vehicle for me when I arrived and got out of the airport this driver was angry and flustered. He could hardly speak English and I struggled to understand him. I was with two friends and they asked if they could join me and be dropped off a little further up from my apartment. They wanted to know how much that it would cost to travel together. He was so threatening and unpleasant they decided to go elsewhere. I would not have got into the vehicle if my daughter had not paid for the shuttle. I was very uncomfortable and worried on the drive to my daughters he was hooting at every vehicle and he even had to phone my daughter while we were driving to find out where he must drop me off. I booked a return shuttle for my trip home but I cancelled this and will never use your service again.

After scheduling car service in advance, we sat at La Guardia over 40 minutes waiting for a vehicle. The driver did not speak very good English and had a hard time understanding which terminal we were located. Once the vehicle arrived, it was dirty and smelled horrible. The driver was very rude and seemed to be put out that he had a hard time locating us. The driver ended up being the worse part of the experience. I was afraid for our lives. This guy drove down emergency lanes, cut people off, and would yell at other cars. I know this is New York- but this experience was ridiculous and the worst ever. I will never use Allstate Car and Limo again and I recommend that others stay away.

Was picked up at jfk on time however the website makes you think that you get picked up by allstate limo in a new vehicle. This wasn't the case we were picked up by another car company which i haven't heard of in a dirty 5 year old lexus. Also i was quoted about 80 dollars for the service and my credit card was charged about 130. Will not use again

Did not see the driver in arrival. Called dispatcher and was told that the driver could not be reached. Called again and was told to wait on the outside while the representative tried to reach dispatch, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to end the call and take a taxi. Extremely poor service.

Very Poor... I had booked a VIP car and was led to believe this would be a Lincoln, instead a dirty old SUV pulled up... Not VIP in any sense of the word.
