I had scheduled a driver and he was 30 minutes late. I explained where I was at the Airport and he calls me after arrive 1/2 hour late yelling "I am here, I am here, I am here." I expressed that his yelling was getting me nowhere as he wasn't where I was. I hired the service so I could leave at the time I requested as my schedule was very tight. I should have just gone with an Uber. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Mixed feelings. I would give the driver 5 stars, cordial and good. I got a car to and from airport. The additional charges added 33-50%. Total price quoted is not total price. Items listed at bottom are added later which makes this more expensive and are not provided in receipt. Same feedback as others, rented a Luxury Sedan and got an older model Toyota/Honda/Nissan which added to price and potentially other charges. I will not use service again since it is deceptive.

Driver was not waiting inside as I had reserved. Driver got lost trying to exit EWR. Drove around the airport twice! He was coughing and sneezing. Two stars is a generous rating.

Our car was an hour late. We paid top dollar and sat an hour at airport after an already long trip. Communication between our driver and other drivers act seemed poor as they sent us two cars one which showed up for us a half hour after the already late driver picked us up. Thank goodness the driver was professional and polite but his behavior could not make up for the complete expensive inconvenience. I was shocked the woman on the phone offered no sericice recovery, discount, refund or anything. Disappointed is an understatement.

I paid the upgrade to receive a luxury VIP vehicle and was picked up in a Toyota Avalon that smelled like marijuana and was dirty. The driver was dressed unprofessionally and as he was attempting to clean the trunk to make room for my luggage, his lower back and rear end were exposed. The website said up to 4 pieces of luggage for this particular vehicl but his trunk was so full of personal items, he had to stack my luggage on top of each other.

We received a text stating the car was outside (before the time requested) we collected our cases and went outside at approximately 12.45 (15 minutes before our requested time) we both looked in the passenger pick up area and the car was not there, I texted the number from the text asking where are you? We both looked and walked up the line of cars again - no car there. Around 1.15 my wife tried again, the driver said he had tried to phone me, I checked my phone and showed a missed call from 3 minutes before! We were very disappointed when the driver asked for my credit card and added on $14 waiting time when he was not waiting in the marked passenger area at all?

My vehicle was perfect! Unfortunately, my driver was clueless. First, while driving to the airports he kept short stopping. Then when we arrived he dropped us off at the wrong gate after I told him we should’ve been at the gate downstairs. My family and I had to take our luggage downstairs via escalator.

I had an excellent experience of the ride and the driver. I tipped him $20 However, I was quoted a price of $50 for this ride, which I approved. I just got a bill for $121 Which I did not approve. Now I have to go after the company to try to get Refunded $61 Not happy about that

This was not my first trip into NYC and have used both car services and taxis before. After the horrific cab ride into the city, we opted to take a car service back to the airport. I have used a different car service before and was very pleased. That was not the case this time. Our driver paid more attention to his phone and tablet than the road. Needless to say, we were very relieved to arrive at our destination after several near misses with other vehicles. I will not be using this company in the future.

I was waiting for 45 minutes for the car. When I called the company I was told to go to a different location. After a number of expensive international calls and a long wait eventually I went to the original pick up point where the car eventually arrived. The email with the description of the car arrived after I got picked up and even the confirmation text was 20min late. All in all, a terrible and stressful experience and would never use them again!

Driver was late 15 minutes! He had problems to locate him! He was waiting for us far away from the hotel and we had to carry our big lugguge to his taxi. He was rude to us and he did not even alologized!

The driver did not meet inside at the arrival hall, even though this was paid for. The car was old and worn-out, and the driver looked like any taxi-driver. Our total impression is that this was an overpriced taxi ride in a slightly bigger car. Definitely not a limo-experience. We will not use Allstate again.

Scheduled 1:30pm pick up. Got a text at 1:00pm that the car was there waiting & I text back saying that we just landed and I scheduled a 1:30pm pick up. Got picked up finally at 1:45pm, and I understand traffic in the airport, but he told me that he was waiting in the lot or something, and then upon arrival at the hotel, tried to charge us a 'waiting fee' of over $30. The ride itself was fine, but the details-we waited outside in the cold with 3 kids to be picked up for about 25-30 min, and then he wanted to charge us that extra fee--I was really confused and frustrated. Per the 'wait time' start of 1:15pm--we were actually ready with bags outside around 1:15pm--so that was extra frustrating. Driver wanted me to sign and I didnt feel comfortable signing for something that was not true.

Driver was erratic.kept mumbling something to himself over and over. Car had mechanical issues drivers kept saying it's ok, 2 min as smoke was coming from under hood. Took us to auto store to work on car. Then kept pulling over, 2 min. Was late picking up and dripped dropped us at a taxi. Didn't get us to our destination. I was still charged for the ride as if it went smoothly. Have to dispute with billing. Ride home different driver, charged more then previous nightmare even though no toll. Called to ask what it should have cost, was told I have to talk to billing. They didn't know? So I have 2 issues for billing. Not worth the bs

The driver talked non stop, bad gas.. $20 fee which was more than the tolls marked as parking? I was early so no waiting time

You were prompt as always, but I had to ask the driver to change the radio station from the obscene, foul-mouthed station he was listening to. My wife and I were appalled.

I paid extra money to feel like I was in a private limosine.....and when my lift arrived 30 minutes late - it looked exactly like a black 7 seater shuttle bus that I could could have paid a lot less money for..... The driver however was very friendly......it's just a shame that this didn't live up to my expectations......I have recently had Open Heart Surgery and nearly died; and this is a very special dream come true holiday...... I don't want my money back....but I think that you should upgrade my 2nd January 2018 transfer to a stretch limosine...... I'm still disappointed.....I was so hoping for something extra special.....

Ordered an SUV (Cadillac Escalade was pictured online) to take us to the Brooklyn docks to board the Queen Mary II for our trip to the UK. Instead of a professionally dressed Driver in an SUV, I was picked up by scruffy dressed guy in a very dirty Ford Flex! I had 6 suitcases which had to be wheeled from the Hotel entrance to the car, the driver stood and watched while i struggled to get them all to his vehicle... He had to move all kinds of junk around in the rear of the Flex to be able to squeeze our suitcases in, not to mention the rear of the car was also filthy. $58 to drive 8 mins. in this piece junk, NOT WHAT I PAID FOR... A terrible start to a wonderful trip. Do not advertise a Cadillac and send a 'Flex'! This is very illegal...
