The actual service is fine. We've used this company several times, but the website is not functioning proper. I had to call customer service to book the flight. Needs to update website.

Booking process, car and trip all fine. Trying to locate the car in the chaos of JFK passenger pickup was poor. Driver really needed a sheet with the passenger's name at the very least

on time BUT; not enough info on the email receipt to tell me where to get picked up. Also, the car smelled of smoke and the driver left the windows open rather than turn on the AC. I sweated the whole way, esp in the city when we were stopped and there was no breeze

On a short notice trip (approx 4 hours notice), the driver was at our Times Square hotel over an hour before our scheduled pickup and was helpful with our bags; however, nobody answered the dispatch phone number, BOTH TIMES I attempted to call to confirm the pickup. The only way to get a response was to use Facebook Messenger, which was kind of odd, and even then it wasn’t an immediate reaponse.

Fee was fair, but the car was far from VIP status upgrade. Vehicle was dirty and had a big rust hole on passenger side rear fender.

"what we have here is failure to communicate." Very good service from home to JFK BUT from JFK to home, chaos. no show for the pick up where I booked for driver to go into terminal.@$10.00 extra charge. He didn't even show up at the terminal! When I called, they couldn't find my reservation even though I had a hard copy in my hand and gave them confirmation number account number this number that number name . I had called earlier in the day to advise them my flight was delayed. I was told "not to worry about, we will track your flight." Interesting that there was no problem finding my reservation on this call. When the rep finally found my reservation, she claimed i had made the reservation for 24 hrs earlier pick up. WRONG. Then she claimed my flight was "cancelled.". WRONG AGAIN. The airline changed the plane BUT the flight info./number remained the same. The only thing that changed was the departure time 6 hour delay. So we are at the terminal waiting for the pick up now for 20 minutes. The rep. now asks me ifwe want a car. "There is one in the area, it will only be about 10-15 minutes.driver will call with instructions" Fine. ok. 20 minutes later, I call main number. She will call driver and have him call me. He calls and just repeats 10 minutes 10 minutes (heavy Indian accent} 15 minutes later he shows up. Having asked for car description from main number, I started hunting for the car among the 12 or so parked limos. There he was outside the car appearing to be confused. I told him "we are your passengers." So off we go. Sun roof open with blinding sunrise in our eyes. He is listening to his GPS, taking cell phone calls and hard breaking behind the car in front, (break on break off) He hands me a receipt book and says , "lastnamfirstnamfromtosign" HUH? I asked what this was since on the previous trip all we did was give the print out "voucher." "lastnamfirstnamfromtosign." .I complied and figured each driver does his own thing. Now we get to an area on the N. state pkwy which I am familiar with. There are solid lines between lanes because of curved road. There is a large sign "STAY IN LANE." He is swaying across the lines, break on break off., yacking on phone, Eastern sun blazing in our eyes. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AFTER A 6 HOUR DELAY AT THE AIRPORT, A 5 HR PLANE RIDE AND THIS FIASCO. I thought since I was 74 yrs old, a disabled vietnam combat veteran and my wife also a senior, WE EARNED THE FIRST TIME LIMO "SERVICE.".experience. We will try it one more time, maybe with a different Co. I gave 4 stars because of the ride going to JFK. It was OK but we could do without the Arab (I think) music and driver serenade. I am NOT a raciest. We really don't want ANY singing or music of asny kind during our ride. That's it. . .

Got to destination efficiently. There was no mention on the website that I would need to take a shuttle bus to the "Pick up" location at LaGuardia Airport.

First driver was really nice. But both were not on time. Second one did not find the pick up point so we had to walk to him and he was really impolite

Not what I expected. Driver not very helpful with the luggages. You MUST specify where the car will wait. I was waiting in the cold for 20 minutes to find the car at the exit of the terminal 2 Newark on the 2 level and the car was waiting at level3. How is possible to guess that? Nice ride though!

Car was on time and clean on our trip to the airport But driver drove way too fast and tailgated many cars in an unsafe manner

Less than happy. Driver was late, but he called to tell me he was caught in traffic. Neither of us could figure out how the billing app worked.

Not very happy. The car and driver were nice BUT the car was a half hour late in picking us up for a trip to the airport AND we had to walk a half block to another street to get picked up - with luggage!! Poor service. We never got a call from the company at pick up time and I really think they lost us entirely. I called them when they were 8 minutes late and they couldn’t find our reservation. When they finally found us, the driver called about 5 minutes later sounding very perturbed. He gave us some BS story about a demonstration in his way but I doubt he was even assigned until I called.

The company never informed me that I could not be picked up at la guardia airport but needed a shuttle to go to satellite spot so I waited for 40 minutes in 20 degree weather with no coat due to lost luggage. Finally driver called to tell us to take a shuttle to pick up location. Then company charged me $24 late fee

Paid extra for a meet and greet service inside the terminal at Newark but the driver was not there. Had to make several phone calls to the office (costing me around £8 in international calls on my mobile). The office was very helpful and eventually the driver appeared outside. Transfer to hotel was fine and I was happy with the service apart from the meet & greet mix up. It's the last thing you want after a 8 hour flight.

The car was very comfortable and the driver was nice. I don’t think he chose the best route to the airport. Everything I saw online pointed to a route via freeways but he took us right through the middle of Manhattan and down a street in Queens that had lots of construction and congestion. The journey took almost an hour, rather than the 37 minutes quoted on all the websites.
