Se could not find driver upon arrival at JFK, walked around few times, then after long phone call with call center we found him. Taxi would be quicker. On return way, sms came that driver is waiting for us in front of our hotel, 10-15 min before scheduled time. We went out with luggage and nobody there,driver came at scheduled time. I have to say that both rides were were quick, fine and in clean cars.

Billing and gratuity was very cumbersome. Wasn't sure what was paid along with the gratuity

My car was much to small. I ordered a large car. But our driver was friendly nice and made our drive more enjoyable

The driver was a good guy who tried hard but your web site should not accept money for services that can't be performed. I paid to have the driver meet us in the baggage area, etc. What I didn't know is that at LGA, a driver can't do that but instead the passenger has to take a shuttle to a car service parking lot in order to meet the driver.

Ready and waiting to meet us. Got us to our hotel in Manhatten quickly and safely. However not impressed that our driver tried to charge us 50 dollar waiting fee when we arrived within the free hour allowed in the contract. He was very upset when we refused to pay. This left us feeling he was trying to rio us off.

I requested a luxury car (Cadillac) and it was send an old SUV with damaged door and rusty seats. The car was not properly identify with a board indicating pasaste name. The driver was not american hence difficult to understand

The driver was not to be found until I'd made 2-3 calls to the office. All staff at the office were very helpful. In the future, it'd help for the driver to be aware and to at least apologize for making the customer wait. It was a little difficult for me as I had a kid - otherwise I wouldn't have minded as much. Thanks.

When we arrived we were greeted with a "Your Late" from our driver, because you know, it's our fault the plane was delayed 1 1/2 hours. Apologies made on we go to our destination only after the driver had a full blown argument with the lady at the payment kiosk. Welcome to New York I thought! In silence we drove to the apartment where we were to be dropped off. On arrival we got a grunt of "payment by booking card, tip in cash" A tip for what?! To avoid any arguments we paid the guy and let him on his jolly way. The driver we had on our return trip to the airport was the complete opposite, smilie, chatty and full of the joys of summer and did not demand a tip, a tip which we happily paid the man for a brilliant service.

Driver didn't help me with my bag. Seemed to get upset and sucked his teeth after he made a couple of wrong turns. In a positive note, the car was clean and roomy,

At LaGuardia Airport the driver called on my cell and told me to meet him in the middle island pickup area, which is the normal car service pickup area. We called and provided the number of the post where we were waiting. 2 minutes later, he came to the curb, not the center island, and was forced by the car monitor to keep driving. We waited another 10 minutes while he came around and found us at the original agreed upon meeting spot. The driver complained about the car monitor, but the driver was clearly in the wrong area.

I am satisfied. There was one snafu that caused a delay in the pick-up . But the system was robust enough to recover albeit with lost time. The snafu was that the driver failed to meet us in the airport terminal as as contracted. When the situation was finally understood, we did meet the driver outside the terminal. Please reimburse my credit card for the cost ($10.00 plus all taxes/fees thereof) of having the driver meet the customer inside the terminal. Thank you. Nevertheless, I look forward to using Allatate in the future.

Our drive from the hotel to the airport was not great. He didn't even get out of the car to greet us for pick up or even help with the bags. Thanks to the bell hop at the hotel for helping us put the bags in the trunk and being so gracious! The drive to our destination was dead silent. Zero personality, zero interaction and drove a bit scary! So would I use this service again? Don't know and probably not. But want to mention the pick up driver a few days before was great, fun personality making the drive to our destination enjoyable!...except his car was a bit of a mess and was not easy getting the bags in the car. My next trip there I may try a different service first!

First car taking me from manhattan to Newark was fantastic, easy to track on the app and driver arrived early which wasn't an issue it was welcomed due to heavy manhattan traffic. However, second ride was not as impressive. Driver was late picking me up and I ended up having to call to chase them up. They did answer and my driver arrived within five minutes, but at a cost to myself using an EU phone in the USA I wasn't happy. The app also didn't update on drivers location kept saying 34 minutes away for nearly 45 minutes.

The driver was not attentive to any thing, no smiles and took me to the wrong hotel first, in the end made me sign a old piece o paper like a receipt kind in blank. I hope the only charge in my card is the one on the email confirmation I received. Thanks

The driver was great, but we got a flat 10 mins from the airport so I had to take a cab the rest of the way. I would like at least a partial refund for my fee. Thank you

To begin with our vacation...the driver told my husband that he could carry the suitcases and place in the trunk. Then he wanted to drop us off on the other side across the street of The Knickerbocker Hotel and walk a block with suitcases. I said, " absolutely not...this is a car service not Uber and he needed to drop off in front of the main entrance. Also, I signed a receipt book when I noticed the total price was not on it, then before he dropped us off, I insisted on a copy of the receipt. The company is realiable, car was in very good condition an A rating but the driver gets a poor rating !!!
