AWFUL. DO NOT USE! After being in the city for a week with my 80 year old mother, we used 17 Ubers. All of those were 5 star experiences. At the end of the trip I wanted to be sure we had door to door service with 4 suitcases, so I booked this awful service over 3 weeks in advance. Every Uber gave us door to door service. Somehow this “black car service” couldn’t figure that out. I had my mother and 4 suitcases. The driver called me 3 times before pickup to ask where I was. The address that EVERY. SINGLE. OTHER driver could pull up to. This car parked 1.5 blocks away and told me to come to him. My mother fell in the crosswalk trying to get 2 suitcases across the street when there was PLENTY of space in front of hotel. He refused to pull up navigation even though there were street closures because of UN general assembly. He ran into every closed street that my Apple Maps and Google maps told me were closed in the back seat. He drove in 2 lanes in the city, on the E way - we probably got flipped off 7 times and he was yelling the ENTIRE time in a foreign language. We finally get to our terminal and I tell him to pull right up to skycap, he interrupts and says “I know I know”. There was plenty of room In front of skycap and again, he parked far away so I’m stuck with 4 suitcases and my mom walking a distance to get checked in. We had the best trip in the city and everything we did will be rebooked for the large family reunion we were planning EXCEPT this joke of a service. No AC to top it off. Uber, Lyft and every other non professional driver will do 100 times better than these people. Save yourself. Stay away. Before writing reviews, I called 3 times waited on hold and got hung up on every single time. Confirmation #2239656323. They get one star because negative stars isn’t an option.

Scheduled a pick-up at JFK. The driver was courteous. He checked in at the time of my arrival and waited patiently during a very extended delay (due to the plane sitting on the runway for a gate to come available PLUS a further delay due to their being only ONE BAGGAGE HANDLER). I paid for pick-up service. The driver never came into the airport to meet me or assist with my bags. Upon leaving baggage claim I had to wait an addtional 10-15 for the driver to make his way to the pick-up area. The driver arrived with no identication, no mask, no sign, no markings on the car. The vehicle was less than ideal (to say the least). Although the driver was pleasant this fell far below expectations and what is advertised on the website. I will not use this service again. For what was paid I could have chosen Lyft or Uber XL or LUX. This was not the limo, premiere private care service I was expecting.

Car didn’t turn up for my airport reservation - which was confirmed in writing and paid for - and now I may miss plane to London. Never called or messaged to let me know. N second call they claimed I had cancelled, which I had not and on the first, that they couldn’t get through to my UK phone. Just said they were looking for driver and nobody identified. Will never use again. Truly terrible service.

Booked a car for my boss, no one turned up. Boss called them but they said they can't dispatch a car within the hr. I called them the nextt day, said someone cancelled the trip. I was appalled like wtf, but it was the weekend, and no manager on site to verify. Said I have to call Monday. Looking to get a refund..grrr. I asked for an email but hello said no email address that he is aware of. The feedback form doesn't have an enter button as well.

I have tried to contact Natasha in your Billing department three times and been hung up on three times, after waiting on hold for a total of over an hour, trying to get a resolution to my issues with your service. I was overcharged for the pickup on 4/29. Quoted $157, charged $204. The driver was on time, and pleasant, but the vehicle itself was a bit shabby. My return trip on 5/2 was worse. Your driver, Palwin Dhaliwhal, was the worst driver I have ever had. He arrived thirty minutes late. He complained the entire trip about how he didn't want to go to EWR airport. He even called your offices and tried to get out of it while we were in the back seat. He complained about the traffic, his long drive home after work, how long it takes to get to EWR... The vehicle had a broken taillight. When handling the bags, he basically dumped them on the ground. Finally, he demanded $22 in cash for the tolls, which I foolishly paid, and then basically demanded a tip on top of that. Since I believe the tolls were included in the fare I paid directly to you by credit card, you have a driver who is stealing from your customers. I called to complain on the day of service, but no one was available to help me - the office staff had all gone home (it was a few minutes after 5:00, so that's certainly possible). I highly recommend that everyone avoid this car service.

The driver didn't show up for my 3 AM booking to the airport although I received confirmation that it was booked. Operator didn't even apologize when I called to ask where he was.

I would avoid this company. We booked a transfer to JFK Airport at 15.30. At 15.45 nobody showed up, they didn't call, text or mail me so I decided to call them. They said, in 15 minutes the driver will arrive. Lies! After 25 minutes the driver called me because he received the call from the company in the moment. Finally, one hour late the driver arrived, We could not avoid the rush hour and almost miss an international flight. We asked for s discount and they refused it. Don't trust them, lack of professionalism and customer service.

What terrible customer service from start to finish. I made an account and reservations online for my manager. The day of travel, I received two separate email confirmations with two totally different Car numbers and cell phone numbers. I reserved a LUXURY vehicle online. When the dispatcher called to confirm, she mentioned a Black Suburban, what showed up was a Toyota Black Minivan...is this what they consider LUXURY at Allstate Limo? I guess so because when I called back to reconfirm what happened, the dispatcher asked that I speak to their accounting person Natasha. She tried to make sense of all if it and seemed nice enough at first. She then continues to tell me that her notes show that a Toyota Hylander showed up, not a minivan (more or less arguing with me). I then played her the voicemail and says "What do you expect when you paid $60?". Not only are they in the business of calling MiniVans Luxury cars, but they mix up reservations day of, send old dirty mini vans and argue with their customers that their expectations of getting a what they reserved online is out of the question. I would NEVER recommend if you want reliable honest service.

Don't hire them!!! Listen to me this place is nothing more than a taxi service that overcharges, hidden fees. I ordered a luxury sedan and these jokers sent a powder blue Hyundai. Nothing about this says private car service. A sham.

I just made a reservation, called to confirm information, "Karina (I am guessing the name because her accent is so thick that I barely understood the name and whatever she was saying). I asked for someone who can speak English several times and she denied. I asked for a manager and put me on hold and a manager came up and I ran out of patience. I just cancelled my reservation because she was rude and unable to provide accurate information, and much less willing to help. Her way or no way. Very mistaken. Sorry, but NYC provides a wide variety of transportation companies. I will start my trip with the right foot and right and courteous company.

I booked on line for 48 dollars from LGA to Manhattan. This was a base rate which was not explained to me. I could have booked a cheaper ride if they gave me the total instead they charged 69.64 which I thought the company I cancelled with was the company charging me this amount. A customer should never be surprise about the fare. This is a hook not the actual fare. Please inform customers in the future of the total price

I booked a ride 2 weeks in advance. I arrived in New york and waiting 45 min for the car only to be told they don’t have any cars available. If you need reliable transportation avoid this place….

Absolutely deceitful and irresponsible. Booked a ride to the airport for an international flight. Total pricing was squishy and more than advertised. Company puts a hold on my funds and I got a confirmation number. At the appointed time no car shows up. Called the company and was told various versions of: Oh, no car is available in the area; we’re working on it. When I asked how can they run a business like this, she said the booker should’ve told you it wasn’t guaranteed. When I pushed for how long it’d take them to find the car I booked, I was told 45 mins, potentially fatal when you need to catch a flight. Never again.

I paid the premium rate for a luxury SUV for a transfer from my Hotel to La Guardia Airport. They sent a Toyota Highlander. I could have paid for an Uber 1/2 the rate for what showed up. Very deceptive. I had no time to call a new company. unsatisfied!

Was late for pick up and when I called they said driver was still 45 mins away and traffic was always bad this time of year. This was an airport run I cancelled and grabbed a cab. Won't be using again.

Deceptive at best. Reservation and fee structure was based on a Luxury Sedan illustrated on the website and their confirmation with an image of a Cadillac sedan. When we arrived at LGA we received this text "Hello, this is Allstate Car and Limo. NYC2Way Car Number 152, a TOYOTA RAV4, with license plate tT493680C is waiting outside" When I called to asked about the vehicle situation the explanation was " the weather, that's all they had." Outside at the car meeting point there were multiple Lincolns, Suburbans, Cadillacs, Infinities abound, apparently the weather only impacted this provider. So, believe the rest of the less than stellar reviews, prior to consideration of this service. BTW the LYFT ride in the Infinity QX80 was much cheaper.

Your service is horrible I try to use you again from the first time how could you advertise reservations online and then not have a car ready to dispatch or assigned? This is the second time this has happen and the last your company is not good should go out of business. Their is lots of competition in your field you would get eaten up. Your telephone staff are ruin and not friendly either you need to change or get out of the business.
