We made 2 bookings JFK to Manhattan and return 4 days later. The first taxi didn't show up despite being told it was waiting for us at the airport, we walked up and down the pick up area for 30 minutes it definitely wasn't there. The return trip was like a white knuckle ride, erratic and dangerous driving. At one point I was asked by the driver if I was paying By cash or by card, I said I'd already prepaid he said no you pay today, I did try to push back but he insisted I hand over a credit card, so to avoid conflict, I handed over my card, this is all while we are still on the road, the driver swiped my card on a manual card pay machine again all while he was driving, I got no receipt, when we stopped I just wanted to get out to feel safe. By the time we had our bags and I had checked my children were safe and ok the driver was gone. I've now had a random payment taken from my original credit card I pre booked with, not the one I gave the driver. All in all a dreadful experience if I could give 0 stars I would. I will be making a formal complaint to the company.

Terrible experience. Pickup time and destination that were confirmed by email were not given to driver. Driver did not immediately confirm destination so I was stuck in car when we discovered the mistake. The company representative did not confirm fee and it was left to driver. I feel completely ripped off. To add insult to injury, the Company never replied to my email querying the mistake.

The company forgot to send a car to pick me up. When I called after waiting for half an hour, the receptionist gave me instructions to wait at the wrong pick up location within La Guardia Airport. In total, my car was an hour and ten minutes late.

Car was very late to meet our flight. The driver was not able to communicate with us. Then we were asked to sign a receipt which was completely blank, which of course, we declined to do. Terrible experience.

I feel I have been overcharged I am confused about the waiting tome charge. I gave you the flight number and the time of landing. I was under the impression that you would calculate when the car should pick us up. We were actually out very quickly for a JFK arrival, and went straight to the car after I called you to ask which one it was. Note that if I had not made the call, I would have had no idea which car was waiting for us! I am not sure why you have charged $35 for a 60 minute wait. Can you explain this please? As this charge was not made at all clear when I booked, I will definitely not use your company for my return to JFK tomorrow.

I ordered a car to be on location at 6:00pm. I called Allstate at 6:05 and was told that the driver got stuck in traffic and that he would be 15 minutes. At 6:31, I received a voicemail saying that the driver would be another 15 minutes. I finally got a call at 7:22 from the driver saying he had finally arrived. This service is completely unacceptable. When I booked the car the day before, I called the company to confirm that the car would be there on time to ensure that this wouldn't happen. The passenger, an 83 year old woman, ended up having to take a cab after waiting on the street for over 45 minutes. I expect a full refund for this incredibly disappointing lack of service.

The odor of the car and driver was rank, I had to keep the window down for most the trip. Nice man and safe, but the smell was horrible

Everything. The car was sent to wrong address. I noticed that and called, told the right address and was promised a car after 12mins. Went 30mins and I realised the car had not moved. Then I get a call asking where I was! Then another promise for a 10mins more. After 25mins the car comes. Confirmation said, I think, "VIP", this is a Toyota!

When I booked the car online I was quoted $82 . We ended up paying $139 as the driver charged us for waiting time which I understood was free for the first hour for an international flight and we had come through customs just within the hour. He was also quite aggressive about being tipped. All in all I feel we were conned and would not recommend this service in the UK

i booked a trip on August 26 from Newark airport to the Sutton Court. The trip was supposed to cost $120.07 but they charged me $172.72 today. I was flying from Vancouver, Canada. I called the customer support and they said it might be be because of the waiting time. The waiting time was was less than an hour. My understanding that this was an international flight from Canada and a wait time of 60 minutes is allowed for international flights. Besides, I was only waiting for the luggage!? This does not make sense at all. I'm extremely disappointed and I will cancel my return trip with you on September 24 and never use or recommend your service again. Abdullah

The driver was nice and the car was clean. But, we were five adults with 10 pieces of luggage. We were cramped. I thought I ordered a bigger car

I requested a luxury vehicle to pick me up from LaGuardia airport and was greeted by a Toyota Camry...NOT a luxury sedan. I was overcharged for that trip by almost $9. My return trip to LaGuardia was in a Toyota 4Runner...also NOT a luxury sedan, as requested. I was insanely overcharged for that ride by $42.15!

Traveling to NY with two small grandchildren. Paid extra for driver to meet us in terminal. Not only did that not happen, when responded to a text that driver was outside in black suburban,(50 yards down the curb) no driver, ONLY A POLICEMAN WRITING A TICKET to suburban for illegal parking. Walking back to taxi noticed the suburban passing us and then stopping. Finally got the ride to Times Square. Did get the ten dollars refunded, but other nefarious charges appeared. Obviously, will never use this service company again!!!!!

Car arrived 45 minutes late. Waiting 15 minutes and had to take a cab in order not to miss my flight. Nothing to add. Never again.

it was very difficult to locate the driver. It took me 20 min and 3 calls to find the driver. Your airport pickup system is suboptimal. Then the driver did not care that the hotel was not at the location he left me. The car was very old, not very clean.
