You are the worst limo company in New York. I reserved a limo this morning to take me to the airport and I get a 'I would book with another company as we don't have a car assigned' message from your unhelpful 'customer' team. Will never use again and will join the growing number of 'terrible' rating on TripAdvisor. Pathetic service.

Completely dissatisfied with the lack of clarity on the cost of this service. Online they have a rate in which is almost double once they add in tolls and service fees. Plus the driver added on a tip without my consent. I would never use their services again.

I booked a mini van with you and the the extra to be picked up at the inside of the air port this should have been $87.No driver on our arrival so I had to phone you no mini van as booked and we had to wait outside also no recipet,so if indeed you have charged me $87 I hope you pass on a refund as this is very poor service.to cap it all we were not happy with the car that picked us up in.If I do not get a fair result in this I will then have no choice but to take further action.

Booked online. As requested, gave flight time of arrival. Flight was on time. Was charged 30% ($30) waiting fee. Will never use again! Also will cancel another booking. Will rate "Poor" on Trip Advisor, too.

site asked for the flight info and automatically filled out the web form with pick-up time. This caused a problem as it should consider customs time and baggage pick-up time.

I would not recommend this company. I did not have a good experience with them. I booked online and received a confirmation of $59 for JFK to NYC. They do not allow you to pick the time online, so they based the pickup time on my flight. They choose the arrival time of my flight, I thought this was odd, but I guessed that it ensured they were there. I would have allowed 45 minutes to deplane and get luggage. I received an email and a text saying my driver was there with the number and description of the vehicle when I landed. That was nice. The terminal is under construction, so we had to wait for a bus to take us to baggage claim. This is information that I would expect a car service to know and take into account. After that I received a text and a call asking where I was. I was at baggage - there was a delay. He called twice more and I again explained the baggage was delayed again. Upon arrival at the vehicle, our Driver was smoking. The car smelled like smoke and was not very clean. He dropped us off on the street at the hotel's exact address instead of pulling around the corner to the underground drop off area. That was 12 days ago. Before today, they would have received an average rating. Today I received a charge receipt for $93.00. They charged two fees, and $21 an hour as a "waiting" charge. Since they set the time, that should be on them. So buyer beware - read every tiny printed line on the website and expect a 75% mark up.

I got comfirmed pickup for 14:00. I have noninfonhow tonfind the car... I had to call call center which took around 10 minutes. After that I got an email at 14:27 that The car nukber will be 1414 and where I will find it. So for a 14:00 pickup, I only got comfirmation after 27 minites! The driver was really lame, I mean he always jsut acckerate-break-acclerate-break again and again, instead of just going in a steady 5-10 mph. I will never ever order from this company again.

The car was completely filthy and trashed, could have hired a black car from Uber for the same amount and would have been much cleaner.

While the booking process is easy and straightforward, the experience ultimately comes down to the service provided by the drivers - always potluck. Today I was sorely disappointed: the driver was 15mins early and visibly angry at me when I came downstairs to the door 5mins before he was originally scheduled; for the entire journey he kept sighing and tut-tutting for no apparent reason. My attempts to make small talk were swiftly rebutted by him. It could be that he was having a bad day, or that the roads were unusually busy for a Saturday afternoon; either way, it was not my fault. Not sure if I'll use these guys again.

We booked a car (VIP type) from JFK to Lower Manhattan. The car was very dirty and old. The windows weren't cleaned. The leather wasn't well conditioned. No water bottle. No cellphone charger. The driver was playing his very bad Indian music. Adjusted his seat all the way back so I almost had no leg space. He also took a very strange route, which I believe took a lot longer to get there. Will not use this service again.

We were picked up by your driver a little late.no big deal. He packed the car up and then sped away - which is he first issue. His driving was appalling and did not feel safe - even for NYC drivers. When we arrived at the airport he opened the tailgate from the inside and due to his awful driving one of our large Samsonite cases fell to the ground with a thump because it's very full and pretty heavy. The driver didn't even acknowledge that it had happened, appearing to try and pretend that it hadnt. When we got inside upon further inspection I could see that the zip on the case was broken. In effect he has ruined a £350 case. At the very least I would expect a refund of the journey and the $20 tip that my husband begrudgingly gave the driver. If you want to get any Goodwill from us moving forward I would expect a payment to make up for some of the damage to the case.
