The car arrived 45 minutes early. Sought to charge waiting time. Claimed we had booked on line which we had not. WORSE, claimed a $5 surcharge in addition to the quoted fare.

My plane arrived right in time. The driver was supposed to take us inside but nobody showed up. The company was supposed to monitor our flight's arrival but it seems they couldn't. After waiting for a while I was able to find him by the phone number i received with an e-mail. He picked up us outside. I had to tell which terminal we are waiting in and the address of the hotel despite i've written that info before. Maybe it's not the duty of the driver but he gave no help with putting the luggage in the car. And car was a bit smelly. So I wasn't actually satisfied.

Kind and polite drivers, though absolutely worst online reservation service (couldn't retrieve my reservation online which end up cancelling one of my trips). Customer service were unreliable, reluctant to help, and not easy to communicate with. Never gonna use it again

Very dissapointed by the way the company tries to gain sales by misleading potential customer. On the booking page, there are options to choose the type of car. A picture of a Mercedes S Class is displayed as a VIP option. What we got was instead a Toyota Highlander, not even the newest. It is in no way on the same tier as an S Class or anywhere near the same car class as on the picture. I would like a refund or partial refund or an upgraded ride while still in the city.

While the driver was there on time waiting for us, he took only my luggage and left my friend to schlep her own, no wheels on it, across two streets and into parking lot. He walked way ahead of us, so much so that we could not see him at some points. Then the car...I requested a luxury sedan and we got a Denali. I am handicapped and cannot climb into a truck, so the driver had to help lift me in... Very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me. During the ride he asked me to initial something on the bill and apparently I initialed in the wrong spot , and he fussed about it. Then he wanted me to tell the police I was handicapped, although I didn't know why as I could not understand him. (turns out it was so he could turn on a street that was blocked) I told the policeman that and was questioned a bit by police as to what I was saying, where I was going, etc. and told them the driver wanted me to tell them that, and then he started yelling at me again. He yelled at me several times throughout the ride. On top of that, he was on the phone quite a lot, and was even texting during some of it. We used a different company for our return trip to the airport, - night and day difference. Very disappointed in our experience with Allstate . *** AFTER THIS REVIEW, THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND GAVE A MODEST PRICE ADJUSTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

I wouldn't say that I was super impressed with my car service. I paid extra for an indoor pickup, and the driver refused to park his car and come inside and get me. He also took a very weird way to "try" and beat traffic but it ended up being the same exact amount of time (if not longer). I was also told that my price did not include gratuity, which I had thought it did, so that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I wanted to be able to look at an itemized receipt of what I had paid for, but cannot find that anywhere to see if gratuity was included or not. All in all I would not use this car service again.

Today I had a very bad experience. I booked my car online and received a confirmation however the car never showed up. It was not until I called and was on hold for several minutes that I was able to resolve the issue as another car needed to be sent which made me late for my concert. I was told "I'm sorry" these things happen sometimes... If customer service is important your phone operators and dispatchers should have a ability to say "we are very sorry for the mix up, you will not be charged for this transport". If I was 15 minutes late, you would charge me a late fee. Please feel free to call me Kris Campbell at 716-864-8639.

SUVs "Our SUVs are black late model Cadillac Escalades. A perfect vehicle for extra room and large parties to ride in comfort. Chauffeurs are courteous, professional, and dress in executive attire. Bottled water and the New York Times are complimentary in each vehicle. " This is your website statement , to clarify it wasn't a Cadillac Escalade, the driver whilst pleasant enough wasn't in executive attire, there was no bottled water or newspaper offered ! We were happy to pay a premium for your service as the trip was a surprise treat for our daughters 18th, but I am very unhappy with what's been delivered. I await your response before I issue reviews elsewhere.

Update: Upon submitting this review, a representative immediately contacted me. They've promised to refund the charges for the full amount and sincerely apologized for my negative experience. Hopefully the feedback I provided will encourage Allstate to address operational and call center customer service issues to ensure future customers have a positive experience. Original Post: I am typically reluctant to write bad reviews about companies, but I feel it's an absolute necessity in this case. Hopefully my words of caution will keep another traveler from experiencing the same issues as I did. So here goes... I booked my reservation online a week before my trip to NYC. I included my flight information so they would have up-to-date alerts, and I also paid extra to have my driver pick me up inside upon arrival (I have never traveled through Laguardia before and didn't know what to expect, so I figured this was a safer, easier option). My original flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to LGA, so I was placed on another connection that arrived in NYC later in the evening. I called Allstate to let them know that my flight had changed and gave them my updated flight information. They confirmed that my info had been updated and that I would have a driver waiting on me when I arrived in NYC. Upon arriving in NYC at Laguardia, there was no driver waiting for me inside. I walked outside to the pickup area to find no driver waiting out there either. After searching for my driver for another 10 minutes, I called Allstate to check on the status, and they told me they were working through a shift change and that my driver would arrive in 15 minutes when they could get one over to me. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called back to see if they were still planning to send a driver. She explained that they were working on getting me a car, but that it would be another 15 minutes before they could get someone there. Again, I waited another 25+ minutes, only to call back another time and be told there would be yet another delay. I was tempted to cancel my car and just take a taxi at that point, but I got put on hold for long periods of time every time I called, so by the time I was able to get through to another person, my driver was en route. All in all, I waited over an hour and a half after my flight arrived to be picked up. The staff (call center nor driver) never apologized for the delay, and they acted like I was inconveniencing them each time I called to check on the status of my car. I was offered no discount, nor was I offered compensation in any other way. I have not yet checked my credit card statement, but I will not be surprised if I was still charged the full amount (including the extra fee for inside pickup). This company is unreliable and has terrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and either choose another company or just rely on Uber, Lyft or taxis.

The driver did not show up to take me to the airport at the scheduled time and when I called 20 minutes after the set pick up time told me they would be there in 10 which would have been too late. I had to use another service and pay a surcharge since it was last minute during rush hour.

I paid to have the driver come into the airport he did not then when he asked if I wanted to add anything to my credit card he said the fee was 40 I had him as an eight dollar tip we had a toll if 8 but the bill totaled 67 so now I'm assuming the extra ten was still tacked on for him to come I which he did not I would like that refunded and I think I'm going to cancel my return trip that was way out of line

I paid extra to be met inside. However, the driver claimed he couldn't find a parking spot and asked that I meet him outside, which I ended up doing. I would like a refund.

Booked car for 2:30 To pick us up from JFK airport. I Called the evening before to make sure we were set up and on time The car was one hour late unmarked and unidentifiable While the driver was polite , drove safely and quickly we were still late for our 1st meeting. This is not acceptable as this was an important meeting and my client does not care the car service failed me, he only cares his valuable time was wasted. While they said traffic was bad everyone who was waiting for other services were long gone as well as those arriving on flights later than ours. I did everything in my power to make sure I was covered and was let down by Allstate. I suggest that you keep an eye on traffic to know how long your trips take and mark your cars as my last name is not printed on my forehead and the driver had no way of knowing which group was ours

the attitude of driver is cold & averge and coughing all the time ( may be got flu ) and also can not speak english well, and ask for more tip.
