The only reason I’m not giving you one star is because the driver was on-time. The car and the driver stank of body odor so badly we had to keep the windows down the entire trip to the airport in 36 degree weather. The stench was so putrid I thought I was going to vomit, and that would have been an improvement

Driver picked us up promptly as our plane arrived early. Drove us to our hotel. We told him we had prepaid by credit card and he was suprised. On arrival presented us with a credit card form to sign for an amount substantially more than the quote we had received. He even put in a charge for waiting, which he didn't do. He was angry when I declined to sign and made a scene in front of the hotel. I conclude we were being scammed by an unethical driver. I certainly can not recommend this service.

I did report this issue directly, as the driver didn’t wait inside despite it was a meet and greet booking. Moreover, he falsely claimed he’s waiting inside although he kept waiting outside for the passenger. I specifically elected a meet and greet service as it’s the first experience for the passenger visiting the US. Hence, I was completely frustrated.

I ordered a vehicle to arrive at 9:30 to take me to LGA, the driver arrived at 8:30 and I was rushed. Then I decided to add a tip and that's when things went wrong. I was initially charged one price and after adding the tip found out the price jumped with taxes that were not mentioned or appeared on my receipt. And the receipt I received from the driver, the rate was crossed out from 62.32 to 72.32 plus the $10 tip. When I called to talk to them about the discrepancy the young lady had an attitude. I'd have been better off taking an Uber. I will never use this service again.

We were met at the airport just as we had arranged. The driver knew my name had my information. He never confirmed the destination with me. I assumed he knew where he was to take us, after all he had my name and confirmation info. I have only been to NYC a couple of times. I had no idea of the highways, tunnels, bridges. But, we had been in the car a while and when he went through a really long tunnel I thought something was wrong. He was to take us to Brooklyn. We came out of the tunnel in the heart of Manhattan. I asked him why we were there. He said he was taking us to the hotel. He had the wrong drop off information. We spent hours in that car. He was not happy, we were not happy. He wanted to know why I didn't correct him. I don't know NY! I had no idea where we were going. He was nice, the car was clean. But to spend all that time going to the wrong place in rush hour traffic was insane. I showed him my paper work with the correct address on it. He was very quiet for the next hour. My credit card had better not be charged for the additional trip.

Very disappointed - I paid extra for a “VIP” car, only to be met by some horrid and ancient Lincoln Towncar and a grumpy and unprofessional driver. I am left wondering why I didn’t just get a yellow cab.

The driver was not friendly and not professional. He was little upset because we have 3pieces luggage (2 were 26" and 1 was 24"). The driver ID on the dashboard was expired since 2016.

No instruction was given as to where the driver would meet us. When called customer service was told to get on a shuttle and the shuttle driver would know which stop to take us to. After an hour we found the driver and were told that we never needed to get on the shuttle. Convenient that they had to wait for us and are charging us a fee even though we followed the instruction of their customer service. Car was a bit beat up and driver was unpleasant in the beginning since he was waiting for so long. Became a bit friendlier near the end of the ride. Would not use or recommend this company.

The vehicle was beat to hell on the inside. Literally ripped seats and arm rest. Rear air conditioning did not work at all. This vehicle didn't represent my expectations in ANY way. The driver was really nice but got lost taking us to an address. We ended up having to put the address in our GPS on our phones to get us there and we had driven by it twice. Thought that would have been easy for him using a map on his phone as well.

Taxi went to the wrong location. It took 5 phone calls to Allstate and me needing to hunt down the taxi (running across other side of Times Square). 30 mins late. Not great.

I am not a picky or demanding customer, but this was very disappointing. I had just gotten off a 10 hour flight, and booked a car because I knew I wanted a comfortable ride into the city. Though the car was there on time, the driver was very unpleasant, almost abusive. He protested when I asked for ac, but did turn it on, with a grumble, but kept his window open.At one point he started yelling at me because he had been trying to talk to me and I hadn't heard him because I was listening to an audiobook, trying to drown out his radio. He would not let it go, though I apologized, and was ranting so much I had to call the office from the car to ask for help. They called him immediately and told him to stop and he did finally calm down. As a native New Yorker I don't have high expectations for drivers, but this is becoming a more service oriented business and more competitive, and drivers need to have some people skills.

When I booked I ticked a box and paid $10 extra for pick up "inside". I took that to mean a person with our name on a card waiting for us. There was no one inside and we got a text saying the car was outside. We went out and found no car. There was no explanation from the company that we had to go to a bus, hop on and be driven to a parking area to find our driver. We did not expect to have to carry our luggage on and off the bus either. Found our car and the driver was polite but the car was a bit dirty. When I raised a query about the "inside" he said the construction meant he couldn't be right there. When I mentioned having paid $10 extra for the service there was no offer to rectify it

We ordered the car to pick us up two hours after our planned flight arrival. Our flight arrival was 1:15 pm, we ordered the car to be there at 3:15 pm. I received an e-mail at 12:40 pm saying the car was ready for us. I did not read the e- mail until 2:15 when we had picked up our luggage. Now I have received a bill from you at 122$. That is the double of what I agreed and accepted to pay. The wait I must pay 56$ for! I mean that is unacceptable.

First, I would say the pickup at LaGuardia went fine. My pick up at the hotel to return to LaGuardia didn't happen. I called about 8:15 am to let you know I was waiting. When someone got on the phone, the concierge in the hotel was put on hold for close to 10 minutes. When someone came back, it turned out there was no car to honor my reservation. When I asked what I was supposed to do, the rude girl on the other end said take a cab. I did and it cost less that your price. I haven't seen my charge yet, but I will assume I was NOT charged for return airport trip. Also, I will assume NO tip was put on the first charge, since I paid the driver in cash. I have no plans to return to NYC any time soon, but if I did, I certainly wouldn't give you my business!!!!

I paid an extra charge for the driver to meet us inside for the pickup. Not only was he not inside, but we had to stand outside in the rain while waiting for him to get there to pick us up. We paid for that service for a reason, still were billed for it, but it didn't happen.

The car was old and not up to standards. Driver was very nice. Expected a newer vehicle. Will use uber next time for a third of the price.

To be honest, the first car we confirmed through Allstate was great! Today, the driver was rude even though he was in the wrong location (accused us of entering the address wrong). In addition, your site is very confusing. I add my information as the "person making the reservation" and my boss as the "person traveling" yet they only have my details and call me nor have her name or contact details. How is this possible and why then do you have two separate fields?? At first I thought it was great bc I like to have my number as a backup in case my boss doesnt answer but it seems like her details go unacknowledged so why bother putting them in in the first place- if we use Allstate again, I will just put her contact in both I suppose ???

Booked the limo transfer as a surprise for my 12 year old autistic daughter. After long day traveling was hoping to not be queuing up for taxi. No driver waiting in terminal upon arrival. Waited 30 minutes then phoned Allstate company, at my own expense (£1.50/minute) only to be told that somewhere along the booking process my meet and greet booking didn't go through. Even though I had confirmation email stating my booking and the fact the cost would have indicated I had paid for m&g. Was put on hold and after 5 minutes told that Allstate couldn't get hold of driver and to call back in 10 minutes if driver didn't show up. Which the driver didn't. Called again at £1.50/ minutes for 4 minutes whilst being put on hold. Driver then turned up and said he was in terminal since flight landed. Which he wasn't as I walked through terminal 5-6 times. Driver was apologetic but then we had a long walk to get the limo. 2.5 hrs after flight landed we got to our hotel in Manhatten. Driver was a nice guy and was lovely to my wife and child but this did not make up for Allstate poor service. Would not book again and would find it easier getting a regular airport taxi at half the cost and less wait time. No compensation offered by Allstate.

I paid for a "meet & greet service" at an extra charge and then had to finally be picked up by a car that had never had any intention of coming into the terminal to provide the service that was booked and paid for. The driver was fine but your business practices need an urgent review
