“This was the part of my trip I was most worried about, having never visited NYC our used Allstate's services. They were wonderful - they were at the airport waiting for us and contacted us just as they said. On my return trip, I discovered I hadn't allotted enough lead time to get safely to the airport. I called them and they adjusted the time (even arriving a bit early). The SUV's were Clean and nice. The drivers were very pleasant. I would recommend them. JLR. 4/28/18”

“The car was way below the standard I was expecting , I paid for an upgrade but received a standard saloon car , the driver was pleasant but the car was dirty and had seen better days”

“Driver was 35 minutes late. Never introduced himself, just said “Omg 3 bags. I replied with that was stated on my reservation. Took a different way to the airport without tolls but charged me 23.00. Then I was told I had to tip a mandatory 10.00. I have used this co before and never had a problem. But this is ridiculous”
