“Professional and exceptionally helpful, our flight was delayed for over 2hrs, but they had monitored the flights and rearranged the pick up time. Special thanks to Mickie Lee who responded to me even whilst travelling home. Great customer service”

“Booked car for 2:30 To pick us up from JFK airport. I Called the evening before to make sure we were set up and on time The car was one hour late unmarked and unidentifiable While the driver was polite , drove safely and quickly we were still late for our 1st meeting. This is not acceptable as this was an important meeting and my client does not care the car service failed me, he only cares his valuable time was wasted. While they said traffic was bad everyone who was waiting for other services were long gone as well as those arriving on flights later than ours. I did everything in my power to make sure I was covered and was let down by Allstate. I suggest that you keep an eye on traffic to know how long your trips take and mark your cars as my last name is not printed on my forehead and the driver had no way of knowing which group was ours”

“Our driver was excellent! I've encountered drivers who made me feel unsafe for a variety of reasons, but our Allstate driver made us feel very safe. Additionally the ride was smooth, the vehicle was comfortable, and our driver was friendly without being intrusive. One of the best NYC car services I've ever used. I will definitely be using Allstate in the future.”

“Clean car, efficient and professional driver who got me to my hotel in good time despite the traffic. It's a little challenging to find the car at LGA but we eventually found each other and it was great from then. No more taxis for me - will use this company from now on.”

“My only real concern was that I paid with my credit card when I booked the trip. However, the driver was insistent that I write down my credit card information for him again. I can see no reason why this should have been necessary. I appreciated the email confirmation. An email receipt would have been very much appreciated.”

“I reserved my car about ~16 hours before pickup. After setting my pickup time, I realized when looking at the confirmation email that I needed to be picked up an hour earlier. I called Allstate, changed my time, and received another confirmation email of the correct time. The next morning, the driver was not ready and waiting (or so I though), and I called into the service again. In their system, my pickup time was still listed for the later time, despite the confirmation email that I received. Amazingly, the driver was already there, even though my pickup time was "supposedly" not for another hour. The actual ride itself was quick and smooth and the driver was very apologetic, but thankfully he was there early.”
