You dont even deserve a one star! the worst online store I have ever experienced. I ordered here during the white Friday Sale i used my promotional gift card of 70 AED. i called customer service 3 times to inform them to deliver it before 6PM as it is a commercial address they have assured it will be delivered on the time requested and guess what courier guy went in the office at 8PM i was really angry as its way past beyond the office hour he promised that my item will be delivered in the office tomorrow and guess what AMAZON cancelled my order without even contacting me i wasted the 70 AED promotional offer. Customer service is the worst as worst as their courier I am never going to deal with AMAZON again the worst company i have ever dealt in my entire life.

Items ordered but never delivered. Extreme poor customer service. No refund. Shouldn't show international items on amazon.ae if they can't ensure delivery. Will not order from Amazon again.

I order last 10th of the month. They told me, 11th of the month they will deliver. Until now, I don't have it. No one even try to call me. No one!!! Even email, oh maybe because I order very cheap thats why they don't deliver it? Wooow! Soo disappointed!!!!

I got my fast and free delivery..ive been looking for this fertility supplement and got enlightened with the product feedbacks..i am also waiting on early 2021 for tye result and hoping to have our baby soon...i will leave another comment later again for update..thank you amazon and jadole naturals for giving us hope again...

It was an order of Stationery Items ordered on 8th Aug in Dubai, delivered to someone else on 11th Aug, after taking immediate intervention when I got email that its already delivered. I contacted the seller, & his people really helped me. After 3 hrs of all the action , the delivery guy out of fear left it outside my main door & ran away. The same thing is repeated again today when I have ordered some clothing, I received its again delivered on 11th Aug morning, when I did not get anything at all. Amazon do not even have any contact numbers/ email in Dubai where we can ask them to rectify there blunders ASAP. AMAZON REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR DELIVERY GUYS PROPERLY. I will have to fight to get my stuff or money back now.

It's outrageous I subscribed for prime to get my delivery within one day With an office address And it has been 6 days and the tracking say delivery attempt at 11:00 pm what a joke Now they cancelled my order for refund It's disaster shopping for a brand like amazon ae

The worst delivery in U.A.E. last day they said they will deliver the product to me. But not yet. This is happening with all their deliveries. They have improve a lot in U.A.E

Really Bad service. Had to follow up with Amazon why my package is not delivered. Even their application provides wrong information. I had to cancel my order.

Cheating the client with delivery time "I ordered this item since it was showing delivery within 12 hours. I didn't receive the order, even after 48 hour passed by. Upon inquiring, I came to know the whole lot story that the system is upgrading, limitation of tracking, limitation for communication etc. I just appear to me that Amazon is spreading false information. If they cannot control their own logistics how can they give credibility to the items they are selling. This is a serious point of concern for online shoppers.

Recently its been really bad delivery time. One of my orders says damaged and returned to warehouse. I reckon it has something to do with the transport, surely gives you a headache. I cancelled my Prime membership.

Very bad costumer service. My package supposed come 4 days ago and it is for birthday gift. Since 4 days I was requesting to make it deliver soon. And even managers promised they will look after it and give a call back. No one helped and they are dragging it every time telling it will deliver tomorrow before 12 since 3 days I hear same promise but they didn’t make it. Bad costumer service department. Now Amazon is not trustworthy. Don’t order if you need it soon like within a week. Make sure to order at least one month prior.

Regarding my shipment which has not been delivered yet. It should be delivered last October 6 but nothing happened. What I am upset at all is Amazon Team is informing me that I am not reachable which is totally not true. I am waiting for my shipment the whole day of the 06th because that is my present for my daughter. After that, we will receive false information that I am not reachable at all. It is not good customer service. If the shipment is delayed tell the whole truth that it is delayed. Do not ever tell the customer that it is my fault that I am not reachable. I even subscribe to Amazon Prime for fast delivery but what sh*** is this it seems as this is a regular delivery not even for Amazon Prime members. It is a good way to treat your members? For members, you should have at least prioritized them. The company is just taking money for the customer who will subscribe to the membership without giving any privileges? I don't get the point of this. Everything is worse. False information about the delivery dates, False information of the driver that I am not reachable, Delayed shipment, No action, False information that they can shipped it again on the 08th of October which is I think it will not happen within the day. Cow milking company who takes money only to the members and not giving the benefits that they need. Truly disappointed!!! This is the worst online shopping experience. The customer service is very poor none of them helped me with my issue. My package was supposed to arrive a day ago and it has still not arrived. I got an email from amazon saying I am unreachable. What a joke company. Don't waste your time on amazon. Their delivery service is so bad. All of the people that work in amazon.ae just copy paste the same email and send it. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend for anyone.

Amazon UAE claims that the money in gift card balance cannot be transferred to bank account but what if I don't want to buy anything ever from amazon and ultimately that money which is in my gift card balance is not what amazon has contributed but is my own hard earned money which I may have transferred from my bank account or I may have given cash for so its my own money which I need in my bank account anyhow very bad approach by amazon uae not helpful at all and they never understand the situation of customer and just want to talk about unnecessary things.I have been a regular customer of amazon use but now I don't think I would proceed further if this is what the approach remains of Amazon UAE. The customer service department people are worst they are not there to help they talk about useless rules which are not at all in the favour of customers but in the favour of amazon profit making only so mind it be aware when any of your money is deposited in gift card you will not get back because amazon claims it is the money that can be used only to buy amazon products not anything else which is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard in my life worst experience I had with amazon.ae and also the team of customer service of amazon.

The delivery dates are lies, and choosing faster delivery options is also entirely useless, since they are never honoured. It may be called Amazon, but in no way is this Amazon. If you actually NEED something, you are better off going out and buying it physically, or ordering from Amazon.com. Then, IF your order ships to UAE it will actually arrive when it is supposed to, in spite of the more complex logistics.

Their delivery is just pathetic. They either reschedule it everyday or call me at 10pm again to reschedule it the next day. Customer service team is a joke as they just refer to the info you see on amazons website.

worst customer service assistance. still waiting for a refund of a cancellation made 2 weeks ago. also where’s the customer service #??? no where to be found!!! and emails not answer. Amazon ae is very far from being up to the brand standards.

DELIVERY STATUS IS NEVER UPDATED ALSO THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO GET AN UPDATE ABOUT THE ORDER OR REPORT ANY ISSUES.
