For 3 weeks I am writing to them and they still reply with none sense. You cannot escalate your case or have someone with minimum knowledge take ownership of your case. Even the supervisor also cannot help the customers. Please go with them only if you don't have any other choice. Spoke to Mr Gaurav of customer service and supervisor Mr. Khuram. They are not ready to take the complaint also. So try to avoid them if possible.
