I ordered an AC, a family member told me about 2hrs later it would not work in my type of window. So I immediately tried to cancel it. About 2hrs after that I got a email, saying they couldn't cancel it and gave me two options. One was to refuse it when the Deliver came. The next day I got the email saying it had been shipped. When it came I refused it. Checked my Amazon account later that day, there was a note.. 'Canceled' and that UPS was returning it to them. Next day UPS site said delivered to sender and gave the name of the guy at Amazon, who signed for it. My Amazon account now however said 'Delivered' and underneath that was my address. I have been trying to get my refund ...and now 10 days later they say they still have to wait for UPS to deliver it to them. While talking to them they continuously kept telling to wait, they would be back. One even told me I would be getting my refund and if I chose to put it on gift card it would be in 2-3 hrs...that was yesterday....still nothing. Today the guy just ended the call, while I was typing...mid conversation. I spoke as calmly as I am know...didn't even swear. Been a customer with them for a very long time. Four people, 4 accounts, 1 of them is Prime, 2 of those accounts buy monthly and this is the way good customers are treated. I for one will not be buying anything big from them again....if I buy at all... Temu is looking good...2 here have ordered from them, Great customer service, The products have been just as good as Amazon at about half the cost.

Amazon is the WORST in the delivery departments since, Amazon as the knowledge of this problem for YEARS. With no solutions available to customers across Canada, the amounts of packaged stolen for customers is unbelievable. The fact is customers like me cut their shopping at Amazon down to only 15 %, it's took me from doing most of shopping meaning 95% on Amazon down to 10% or 15%. Amazon lost more then 80% of sale with me Amazon is now my last choices, I will do everything to NOT buy on Amazon ! The REASON is delivery only delivery ! The last couple of years package was left completely at the wrong address, or simply left outside never at my door. The options to deliver at the post office is great but not every products got this options, the headache of getting refunded by a seller or even getting a answered plus the waiting is disgusting . My husband order me a gift not knowing to not order if the options of delivery to post office is not available, the waiting game is on never NEVER received the package and now waiting for the seller to answer. The stupidity of the question ask for this package is mind blowing, asking the customers to look for this package himself like to go at the neighbours IT'S completely ridiculous when it you're faults. Still today lost another amounts of money on Amazon no package no answers from seller, still waiting my advice don't buy on Amazon until this delivery problems is solved. That or must Amazon threat there's customer basically don't care, Amazon care about money's not the customers wake up . Where my package ?????

Ordered and received a e-bike which I paid over $1500.00 for. The bike has 14 miles on it. And no longer takes any charge. The seller will do nothing(nancys shop), the manufacturer(Avantrek) will not help because it wasn’t ordered directly through them. Contacted Amazon customer service 6 times over the past 2 month’s and was very much reassured each time that they would definitely take care of the problem and refund me my money through the a to z guarantee. Every time I receive an email denying my refund. The customer service rep escalated every time after reassuring me again I will definitely be receiving a refund. Finally talked to a manager who said my best bet is to contact my credit card for a refund. Amazon.ca is a joke! Never again!

amazon is worst platform for online shopping. I received a totally wrong item. and dealing with my return/refund process from a month. worst customer case service. everyone from customer service department tells me different reason. will never ever shop again from amazon and will never recommend to anyone.

Despite paying for Amazon Prime, primarily for fast, free shipping on most items it seems that on-time delivery has become the exception rather than the expectation. Things seemed to change in early 2023. 'Guaranteed delivery date' is not guaranteed at all. It is, at best, an anticipated delivery date. Customer service reps try to explain delays with details which do not resemble what Amazon's order tracking tool is providing me. Which should I believe? Still waiting for item while my home improvement project is once again delayed by a late delivery from Amazon.

Was sold fake sheets on Amazon ($350 cost) and contacted Amazon customer service to have the issue resolved. Over a 2-month period, speaking with 6 different agents (2 of them being supervisors), I was told by each one that the problem would be fixed and I should receive a refund in ~7 days. This was never the case, and while I left each call with assurances the issue would be fixed (along with receiving branded and signed emails from the Amazon agent confirming claims were submitted), this was never the case. I'm done with Amazon, cancelled my Amazon Prime, and will never shop at this scam retailer ever again. This is hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

One of the benefits of a Prime membership is free and fast shipping. I don't know what has happened but my membership fee went up and now the shipping has gone to hell. Products that say in stock are not being sent, tracking says they will let me know the estimated time product will be sent. After weeks of getting the same message I cancelled the orders. These are items fullfilled by amazon, will be thinking twice about renewing my membership!!!!

WE ordered parts for our car. WE entered correcyly thé infos regarding model and year of our car. amazon confirmed it s fits on our car. WE received parts but dosent fit...WE wrote to the seller because (Amazon or seller) didn't mentionned the dimensions.so, WE had the trouble to bring it black to UPS so we tried to wrote comment in reviews to advise thé custumer to bé carefull with thé seller but they refused our comments so they keep good comments but the Bad one they skipped them!!

Amazon has become the big street bully. Their prime service has worsened each year from 1 day to 2 or more days. Prime fee continues to grow services diminish. Amazon shipping screws up prime deliveries by who knows what - damaging goods but the end result is blown guaranteed dates and their online system does not have a fast and easy system to convey problems. Refunds are slow especially when it is their fault. We all knew Amazon would become a pig as they ruined many small businesses. Planning on closing this account. Amazon breached the agreement and

I used to be a customer with Amazon until a couple of days ago. I placed an order for two items on March 1st. I then got a note stating the items were “undeliverable” and to expect a refund within 2 weeks and once it is received by the originator. I never received the refund ($66). Consequently, I closed the account. Under no circumstances should a customer wait for a refund when it is clearly the company’s fault.

Amazon initially shipped the incorrect product and trying to rectify this issue with them has become an exercise in total frustration to say the least, Following numerous telephone calls, my integrity was put in question and was basically treated as a liar. Photos of incorrect product shipment were requested and subsequently submitted to no avail. All e-mail correspondence were totally ignored with no subsequent response. However a discount was offered with no additional options. All I basically wanted was that my ordered product be correctly shipped .They indicated that inventories are constantly changing and the item could not be replaced with the correct item.The item in question is listed has in stock on the website and may be delivered within 3 business days. I asked for an explanation pertaining to this information to no avail. In my opinion, Amazon has become bigger than life and subsequently does not need to respond to any issues and basically offer take or leave it options, period. Sincerely hope this review will be read by numerous consumers considering doing with Amazon and consider shopping elsewhere

Amazon has officially become a joke ! They are directly involved in Amazon return pallet scams on Amazons website and on Facebook marketplace! Marketplace is full of pages and adds that sell Amazon return items but it’s a total scam it’s the same thing on Amazons website it involves the same shipping company’s the same BS tracking companies and their all based out of china. I had to notify my credit card company and Scams BC and the BBB. And there are so many people with similar stories!

Started out as complaining about having to now pay a 5.00 a month subscription plan to use the blink cameras I purchased 18 months ago outright. We purchased them for the sole reason there was no monthly fee. Well, after numerous attempts someone someone listen to me through chat ( 5 different reps) they finally called me. 3 or 4 more reps and 2 supervisors I was told there's nothing they can do. We had purchased 6 cameras, an additional hub, 2 memory sticks an 2 holders. Almost $1000 worth of Blink products ( Amazon Blink products). They offered 10% discount to buy more Blink products.? What? Again, not listening to my issue. Then they offered 1 month free of the extortion being pushed upon me ($5.00). Really?! She then pretended that she couldn't hear me in which i clearly stated " oh so this is the game you're going to play so you have an excuse to hang up. The call ended on a sour note as I informed the supervisor rep ( a woman who said her name is Sess), that I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I hung up then went to my past orders to find dates, prices etc. While in my account I was suddenly prompted to enter my credentials to log in?.I tried to log back in and lo and behold my account was deleted. Within 5 minutes of me getting off the call from the rep. Tried everything before having to call back yet again. Going on 2 hrs now. Got a rep from the states and after giving her an order number slated for delivery the following day I was informed the order was attached to a Richard grey whom I've never heard of in my life and my account was deleted including all past orders ( which info I need to file a complaint), all correspondence including call logs and chats, my email, cc info, everything. She put me through to another rep for canada and that rep couldn't do anything as I didn't have an account anymore, that I must have deleted it. I escalated the call and got a wonderful rep in Columbia who tried his best to find out what happened. I was told it takes 15 days for a customer to delete their account proving I didn't do it as I am having a delivery the following day. Had 5 purchases within the last week alone. Again, nothing he could do as I have no more account. I tried creating a "new" account the following day but cannot as the email and phone number already belong to an account.hmm.an account that doesn't exist anymore. Am still dealing with this as there is absolutely no recourse for me to take. Next is BBB anyway, as well as contacting legal counsel if it gets to that. All because nobody would listen to a plain old customer with a concern. Just kept passing the buck and then arbitrarily canceling my account including 2 alexas, Amazon prime, prime tv, 6 cameras and all past purchases. Beware putting all your eggs in 1 basket, especially 1 with so many holes. I am not creating a new account and ditching everything amazon and passing this info to everyone I can share with.

Amazon was the best place to order online in my opinion...WAS the best at one time, now...they are probably the worst! I used to love their customer service, they were the best. Now, WOW! It's like night and day. I don't know what the hell happened, but it is so horrible how terrible the customer service has gotten. The third parties on almost everything you order now are the worst! Always late, orders are mysteriously getting lost, no tracking numbers after a couple of days. When you phone to find out where the tracking is, they don't know the answer. It's a bloody joke now! How the hell did Amazon go from being the best, to being the worst?! I will NEVER order on Amazon again!!!

Amazon is not worth shopping with any longer. A lot of the reviews are "bought" by the seller offering something for a positive review. Quality has gone down but prices have gone up. The customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Tried getting my refund back from a seller but they only processed part of the refund. Amazon wouldn't do anything to assist in getting the balance back and just kept saying it was returned when it wasn't. Drivers treat the packages like garbage and park where ever they want. A driver used my driveway the other day to turn around and came very close to hitting my vehicle. They race up and down the street in a 30 km zone so don't care about safety. I highly recommend folks move away from Amazon to see what's out there. I found a lot of sites that will price compare for you and send you to businesses other than Amazon for better prices. Free shipping from pretty much any online business so take a look at alternatives because you will be happy you did.

Always deliver to the wrong address!!!!! Look at the numbers on the house. 9/10 deliveries go to the house next door. Get some drivers that can read, or care for that matter!!!!

I placed an order, your App gave me an error message so I placed a duplicate order. I returned the item the minute it arrived and since then Amazon has received it. I am told I am to wait a month to get my credit card (Amazon credit card) refunded. In the mean time I have to make interest payments on the credit card. I guess good business for you guys but shifty move with your customers. I wonder how much you guys make out of people with this kind of shaddy behavior

After order tattoo products that never came amazon forced me to file a police report for product I had never seen or touched never once had the items was called a thief by customer service evem though I could prove I wasn't at home during the package delivery another city all together now a week later and 20bplus hours wasted I get to close the doors on my shoo because amazon is choosing to protect a driver who stole packaged again I have never been treated like this by anyone and you will never get me as a customer again I will tell all my friends family and everyone else who will listen how disappointing your service is how amazon can take your money I again demand my product or money it's beyond my ability to comprehend why they would treat me this way must be one of the 18000 employees laid of by the amazon head office yesterday saving a few buck on me and keeping .you product again

This month I received an email towards this year’s annual billing. Amazon in Jan/2021 and Jan/2022 charged me $89.27 each year for my amazon Prime Member Charge. This year Jan/2023 Amazon is now charging a whopping 25% increase = $111.87. Wait one minute here. Why are I and the rest of your customer base which is tremendously large, paying out this outrageous increase in the first place? We your customer base really don't give a damn about your reasons of free delivery to prime members nor any other reason you might try to sway us with as that is the price YOU/AMAZON should be paying out as the cost to have a business and to deliver the products ordered by your customer base. Yet you title it, "FREE DELIVERY"?!!! NOT! Then there is the fact that Amazon draws profit from the thousands of merchants that sell their products through your site and pay you in order to do so. In other words Amazon is 'DOUBLE-DIPPING' for profiting at both ends. Why should I or any customer pay Amazon just to shop and buy product? I don't have to pay any others like Walmart, Zellers, Tiger or any other store for that matter just to shop for their products. I might as well save the $111.87 and the outrageous increases to come and stop shopping Amazon.ca. As far as Prime Video goes for viewing a movie there is plenty of choices these days with plenty of great content that can match Amazon's Prime Video. You... Amazon... is NOT the only game in town. Amazon's DOUBLE-DIPPING is reason enough to reconsider as a viable source to shop as the DOUBLE-DIPPING is unreasonable, disrespectful, deceitful, rude and unethical if not possibly criminal. I plan to post this article in as many social media sites as possible. Who knows perhaps I can get it posted on City News sites even. How well does Amazon expect people to receive this info? How long, with all the competitive outlets out there do you think people will continue to continue using Amazon when they, your customer base, are being unjustly used in your DOUBLE-DIPPING game for profit?
