“ amazon is driving people crazy with so many non sense and stupid changes with returns and policies to the point of frustration and no desire to buy again, it is a waste of my time to figure out what to do with all your changes, please hire more experienced and better trained older workers that will know what to do, amazon can certainly afford it. Make things easier for customers instead of making it worse. ”
