“ Amazon has been getting worse. Customer service is hard to find then when you can talk to someone they can't seem to help you. I had to reach out to a manufacturer for warranty, they sent me a replacement (wrong address) through amazon truck. I tried to contact them to update the address, no one can help me. It's absolutely ridiculous. ”
