“ It's fine as long as all goes well but it's virtually impossible to get in touch with them if you need customer service BEFORE you've placed an order. None of the 'help' links work, they just take you in circles and you can't find a phone number, email address or chat button to save your life. ”

“ I love Amazon.ca BUT my issue is that they need to start taking stuff to a post office considering there is more theft with covid and Christmas coming. We have so many dumb asses that Jack packages that I had to call Amazon to get them to resend . It is annoying and sad. Now I question how can I order stuff if the package is literally in front of door I work all day to come home to a jacked package 📦. Amazon please rethink your delivery service PLEASE! ”
