“here was a problem with an order for a rug I made. The rug was taking too long to get here so I cancelled but the supplier was very awkward and did not help at all. Amazon stepped in and sorted everything out by ordering another rug from another supplier. Amazon were very helpful all the way through.”

“Amazon is very quick to deliver and easy to shop at - almost too easy. All I would say is sometimes, depending on what you are ordering, it's good to look at customer reviews, as sometimes the product isn't that great, but that isn't really to do with Amazon themselves. I have had an experience where Amazon messed up an order and I was given a £5 voucher to compensate, which was really nice of them! Definitely highly recommend, as if orders don't arrive, Amazon sorts it out and reimburses you - it is a legitimate company and very reliable.”

“When I recently oredered blue tooth head phones from amazon online . The service they provided was second to none, from the time I ordered to when it arrived at my home. Amozon tracked my order and kept myself informed of the time and day of delivery. Thankyou Amazon would definetely reccomend you to my friends and family and use your services in ge future.”
