“On Amazon, I ordered a Samsung charger for my mobile, and while there were issues delaying delivery (I had asked and paid for next day) , the fault of the seller, Amazon was brilliant in immediately refunding the whole cost to me, even though the charger had eventually been delivered. First class customer service.”
