“Amazon Prime has loads of perks, including free shipping and many TV shows and movies. Although some products are not always the best price, most are much below what you can find elsewhere. The customer reviews are a great help.”

“I have had great service with Amazon but this last one was so terrible I don't have words for it. Ordered from a 3rd party seller on Amazon rated as amazing on the site. Order did not come after 10 days and each time I spoke to Amazon I was told to wait another 2 days. After multiple calls and emails I made a noise on twitter and still had no proper help in getting a refund. The purchase was expensive too. Had to email the MD email to get a response. Ended up that the sellers account was hacked and many people caught. Took 4 days after final email for a refund”
