“Consistent excellent customer service and prices that cannot be matched! Been using amazon prime student for the last couple of years but am no longer a student, didn't even think twice about maintaining my prime account even at the non discounted rate its still a bargain!!! I even got some deliveries on a Saturday!”

“Not happy with the service at all. I ordered a Rubiks cube for my daughter's birthday and they sent me completely the wrong item which was a real disappointment because I know how pleased she would have been with the one I ordered. It was too late to do anything about it in time so she had to go without, sadly. I decided to send it back but what a palava! Two of the three return options require a printer. Mine was out of ink which was going to cost about three times the cost of the puzzle. The other meant I had to go to the sorting office which is a lot of hassle where I live. Why can't you just write the address with a pen? And there is no option to exchange it for the right one, only a refund or gift card. I daren't order another one in case they get it wrong again. With no possibility of actual human contact you can't trust them. I think I've had enough of Amazon. They're not as good as they were.”
