“When I purchased a laptop online after 5 months it wiped all the data from the laptop and didn't work, after getting in touch with the Amazon chat room I received information on how to send the laptop back and what would happen when I did so. Very helpful and definitely feel more secure buying from Amazon again.”

“I am unable to walk many steps. I also live out in the country and not near any store. I am also plagued with chronic fatigue, so shopping is not possible. With Amazon I can easily order ANYTHING. It comes in about two days and right to my door. It is so easy to find what I want and have it sent...I love it!”

“I have purchased many products from them, and due to the high volume of my purchases and the nature of online shopping, things aren't always as expected when they arrive. Their policies are hassle-free and effective. Being able to return unwanted products frequently, without hassle, is a HUGE plus for an online company.”
