“Lovely salesman, really helpful but very dissapointed at the van issues which I had. Although it was fixed quickly, to discover my van was dangerous to drive only when I had driven it home and back with my children on board is nothing less than shocking”

“No hard sell, just necessary information. Would have been rated very good if I had more details on a gearbox issue that was apparently tackled in the workshop. Also I changed delivery date at short notice and it wasnt regarded as a problem Over all satisfied with the quality of vehicle preparation also. Pretty painless experience Thank you”

“Steve Gladwin has been brilliant, he codnt have done more to help. not the first time I've bought from Anchor, unfortunately I had a few issues with the first vehicle but there was always somebody at the end if the phone and they couldn't have done more to help”

“Going into get buy van Al ok just the after sale lets it down a bit I had a few issue with van which you guys sorted but I was the one that had todo the communicating with the service team as I got know email response from sale man but other then that Al good”

“I contacted Anchor vans and spoke to Wayne who was very helpful. Viewed vehicle and the result was I purchased said vehicle. Wayne was as I said very helpful and professional and everything ran very smoothly. Very pleased with my van and the service Wayne gave.”

“stan said he would remove ply-bulk head,he didnt, van came with dangerous slippy foot wells (even after many washes my feet slip of the pedals), first day of rain foot well had water in as rubber door seal was not fixed, tried silicon but doesnt work so have to dry out after rain. there is a discrepancy with the mileage from 1 mot to the following one which some how is lower,am trying to find out if it has been clocked, (hope not) yours alex elliott ford connect la06 mlf”

“Plenty of choice of Vans to see at Anchor Van Centre. Spec sheets are very informative. All vans are stored in their makes and models, so makes it much easier to assess which van is most suitable. We purchased 2 vans and they arrived serviced, superclean and ready to drive. These vans were delivered to us which made a great service all round.”

“Stan could not have been more helpful and guided us through the whole process of purchasing the van. He put himself out to make sure that everything was checked and that the van was fully roadworthy. We do feel, however, that Stan was let down by the mechanics as we had to return the van immediately because it was emitting clouds of black smoke on acceleration. This was sorted out promptly however by putting in new air and oil filters. Stan is a very enthusiastic member of staff and we had complete confidence in him. The purchase was a pain free experience as far as Stan was concerned and would recommend his service to anyone!!!”

“Went over things as a matter of fact as its what they do day in and day out, to the customer its a mine field and would be nicer to go over things better, also even though the van went through a PDI once home found 2 faults, 1 a bulb out, might have gone on the way home but did not use them, the other the rear parking sensors were faulty, but now been driving it for a while they do seam to have settled down.”

“This is our second van purchase since last year. I am a returning customer. And the reason for this is Stan. He's brilliant!. Once again I am impressed by the smooth transaction. There is no rush or pressure with Stan. Very calm and always professional. He can be relied upon to give advice and take responsibility for the sale. I felt able to put my trust in him. His telephone manner is exemplary. I would recommend anchor vans without hesitation. Thankyou for a wonderful service.
