This is by far the worst organisation I have had anything to do with. Firstly to get through to a customer service advisor takes 2 hours on average so make sure you have a full day off work just for them. Secondly, I ordered a brand new (Hoover) washer/dryer machine that does not work, three months ago and I am still waiting for the part to be delivered to their warehouse. Moreover no member of their staff are equip to tell me was is actually causing the delay. Diabolical!

Very cheerful engineer rang me to say he had arrived and where was his parking permit (in central London)? I told him I didn't have one (I live on an estate and don'thave a car) but there were phone payment spaces available about 100 yards away. He said I had to pay for him. I can't, as in central London (which they know) your vehicle is linked to your payment card. He went away to his "next job".

Been sitting on hold for over 40 minutes to find out when my repair is happening and no answer absolute joke. I pay my insurance for my washing machine what an absolute joke

We have had a really disappointing service from not only Candy/Hoover but also Curry’s and A.N.D domestics Ltd. We purchased a candy tumble dryer 8 months ago. It started making a really loud noise and isn’t cooling clothing prior to the cycle finishing. We contacted Curry’s who didn’t want to know at all. Totally different impression given re aftercare when they are taking your money but once the item is sold they don’t want to know and directed us to Hoover/ Candy who fail to answer the phone. Eventually got through via email. A week later a repair is booked but not with them, they can’t supply an engineer due to demand so our repair was outsourced to A.N.D domestics Ltd who unsurprisingly have a 2 star rating on Google. The rude little man barely spoke to my partner and I. Despite torrential rain he seemed very aggrieved to be asked to wear shoe covers. The best part. He has totally knackered our dryer. After heavy sighing and telling us what a ball ache it was to fix, the drum won’t turn at all and there is a burning smell. We have had to unplug it from the mains. Called A.N.D who told us they had finished the job and that we had to go back to Hoover/Candy. Hoover/ Candy have now managed to book a visit from an actual Hoover engineer not cowboys from A.N.D domestics but only because we told them we wouldn’t have him back in the house. The earliest they can come is Friday. It has now been 2 and a half weeks without a working dryer having paid £400 for one 8 months ago. The idiot from A.N.D also advised us not to dry towels as in a 9kg capacity drum, they are still too heavy and wear out the belt. Maybe it’s because Candy and Hoover are not fit for purpose? Appalling experience with the all three companies. Curry’s should be ashamed of themselves. Candy hoover are a joke.

Been holding on their contact line for hours just to speak to someone to ask a question. They used to be a good local reliable company as I have used them in the past. Don't know what has happened to them but there is obviously a problem with their customer service. I won't bother calling back again, they have lost my custom for good now.

I’ve been number 2 in the queue for nearly 2 hours!!! How is that possible?!?! I only want to know what time my engineer is coming to fix my washing machine, as I haven’t received any text message. I pay insurance to D&G, at least have the decency to answer the phone to your customers!!

AND Domestics is a local shop in Woodford Bridge which they have written on top of their shop BOSCH. They can never align themselves to what Bosch standards is. Very anti-social company and personnel starting with their shop creating nuisance on the location of Chigwell Road. They were reported to Redbridge Council for their anti-social activity.

Useless - sent engineer out without the spare part and then could not get in contact with them - tried email and no one answers the phone - in a constant queue loop

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I’d give them minus if I could! They took £90 booking fee, kept cancelling the engineer visit 3 times due to "sickness" . Eventually young guy came who didn't even touch the tumble dryer, said we needed a "special part". They took a further £120 from me..3 MONTHS LATER no communication. After dozens of attempts to contact them on the phone, at least 45 minutes each time of listening to an automated voice saying "please stay on the line, your call is impossible to us" with NO SUCCESS, I gave up and used someone else. The 2nd company just cleared the sump and only charged me £50 call out fee. He did say that he was hearing a lot of complaints about AND Domestics. Not surprised. The only thing I can say that they are good at is being COWBOYS.

If I could give the company a minus I would. Never answer phones, take forever to quote for a repair. Then another month wait to fit. Vastly overcharge for parts. Fit parts that don't need fitting so don't fix problem and that's if they turn up in the first place. Always cancelling appointments on the day. Avoid at all costs

Everything. Have been paying insurance for over 3 years and made not call outs, and now that I need one no one I have had 2 visits cancelled and I can't contact them by telephone.

Frankly speaking I would give a minus, they answer the phone after 1 hour, the guy that turned up to do the repair had an attitude and assaulted my neighbour. He's lied to his company making it the neighbour was at fault, unbeknown to him I have CCTV footage and clearly everything has been caught on camera!!!! He had an attitude first thing in the morning and when I spoke to him to call him, he started giving me attitude. The company calls me, I told them I've just watched the CCTV footage and I'll send it to them, send me a blank email so I'll forward it to you. Its coming to two hours and I'm still waiting for an email so they can view the footage themselves. Clearly they are not taking this seriously!!! Your guy just tried to strangle my neighbour!!!!!!

Terrible service. The engineer didn’t seem to know what was wrong, gave me a diagnosis but when parts were quoted for the job, the diagnosis was different and way more expensive than what I was originally told. I queried this but they couldn’t care less about their customers. And of course they wouldn’t give me a refund. Impossible to get through on the phone, they don’t bother answering so you can’t even complain. Don’t use, rip off, unreliable company. Should be reported as SCAM!

My washer/dryer has been broken now since December 20th! I was first booked in with A&D domestics before Christmas this was cancelled, and I was booked in on December 27th I waited in all day, the man turned up at 7:00PM! He said I needed a new motor for the machine and he needed to order one… I then waited until the 8th of January to get a message saying my parts were in stock and to ring to book an appointment I wait 2 and a half HOURS for A & D domestic to answer the phone so I could book an appointment!!! They then book me in on the 16th of January, I booked the day off work … I wait in until 12pm and they call me to tell me the engineer is sick and they can’t send anyone else as he has my motor in his van. They then re booked me for today the 22nd of January I again had to book the day off work! I waited in all day and the engineer shows up at 5PM … he asks me what the problem is with my washer dryer I said the motor your supposed to have it with you to fix it. He rings his company and they proceed to say they have never been to my house before and they don’t have the part for my washer dryer!!!!!! I now have a months worth of of laundrette bills … I’ve wasted 3 days of my life and more than 2 hours trying to get through to this company on the phone and my washing machine is still broken.

First appointment for a repair was cancelled by text. Failed to explain what was happening or re book an appointment for repair. Impossible to contact the company. Telephoned numerous times and e-mailed too. No response ! They were appointed by Currys as a warranty action. They don't deserve to be representing Currys. Hopeless.

I booked my oven repair through Repaircare in September The engineers first appointment went well except he was unable to complete the job due to another part being needed. What followed has been one of the most dreadful experiences of customer services imaginable. In October I contacted AND to find out when I could expect an engineer. I was told the job was logged as completed !!! They then gave me a new job number and an engineer came out at the end of October. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the part needed ! In December I chased them again and was told the part wasn’t it. Last week AND contacted me to book an appointment for today. Guess what? They didn’t turn up From September til now I must have called the company at least a dozen times. On each occasion it takes at least 15 min to get through. I’ve had to take 3 days off work …… and lost the income and my cooker is still not working 100% I most definitely WILL NEVER use this company again. They simply don’t care about their customers On scrolling through the reviews, with the exception of 1 high score, most people have given a 1/2 star rating so I think TrustPilot needs to review AND’s current 2.9 rating If this was my company I’d be seriously ashamed to admit it
