“The window fitters for our windows and doors were really nice and friendly guys. Unfortunately the Manager from Glasgow who visited our home regarding repairs of faulty fitting, no seals on windows, front door not locking and sometimes not even closing, was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. Anglian did not take our calls or said someone would call us back then did not. They were not interested in us as soon as we paid them the £13,000 for the windows and doors. None of the people we spoke with on the phone helped us, listened to us or treated us respectfully or made us feel like we were customers who were valued.
I wish we had stayed local. I would not recommend Anglian.”
“Had window fitted today. Trevor & craig were excellent. Introduced themselves on arrival. Tidied up at the back of them. You wouldn't have known we had work done. This is the 3rd time we have had work done with anglian. No complaints. Excellent job done”
“Ordered three window panes in January, now July and been told won't be delivered until September. Promised numerous phone calls back but to date have not been called once. Ignore emails sent to them. Every time we call we're told the same thing, that they'll look into it and get back to us. Tried cancelling the order in June as it's taken so long but told we couldn't as panes had been made but still not going to be delivered until September. Even offered to go pick up the panes and was told we're not able to. Having to go through our bank or possibly small claims court to try and get our money back.”

“Well where do I begin 17th of March my windows and doors went in apart from my main front door . I was told a manufacturers problem , because it was the wrong size wrong colour,After a handful of excuses and emails I’ve now been told they’re still waiting for my front door . Six weeks ago they told me they were waiting on a frame for the door , Before that they told me the door and frame had to be returned to the manufacture we are now 12 1/2 weeks later. Sick and tired of all these lies and excuses on the 18th of March I was told it was ordered and it would be classed as critical It will be replaced within 4 to 5 weeks not so true .”

Composite front door fitting
We had a composite front door fitted. It looks lovely, although we were (and still are) unable to get in and out easily. The door was not fitted in the correct position (only by 1-2mm so not much) so the lock mechanism does not slot into or release from its keeps. We asked the fitter, the site engineer and the manager to visit the property and fix the problem. They tried spraying the door with grease, shaved some metal off the hinges and some other stupid and unhelpful things. We complained to customer services which was a waste of time. They absolutely don't care! And equally are not concerned that we (or anyone visiting us) are unable to use the door. We contacted the lock manufacturer direct who provided us with their guidelines on how to fit the door so the lock can release easily and an engineer from the lock company even went to the trouble to Facetime us so we could show him the problem. He agreed that the door was not fitted to specification and, although we sent this information on Anglian, they simply dismissed us and told us the door is fine. Although it is perfectly clear that the door is 1-2mm in the wrong position, the only solution offered by Anglian was to install a knob so we can push and pull the door to release the lock mechanism (rather than just turn the lock and open the door)! We were told by Anglian that it is standard practice to push on a door (on the inside of the house going out) to release the lock and pull the door towards us (from the outside going in). I have never had to use this manoeuvre to open any door ever! I was even told that Anglian have no obligation to install this knob - it's a gesture of goodwill! We did not accept their gesture! The door simply needs to be moved 1-2mm. I asked customer services about their complaints procedure and I was given an email address to make a formal complaint which I did. Guess whose desk the complaint email landed on - the same person who provided the email address - the same person who has been dismissing me ever since the door was fitted. So don't bother complaining - they simply don't care. I find it disturbing that such a well known company can be satisfied that they have left customers unable to use their new front door. The one engineer who was able to open the door with ease was around 6ft 5" and built like a tank! We were told the the door would loosen up in time. Well, six months later, we are still unable to open the door! In essence, I would vehemently not recommend this company! They are not only rude, uncaring and dismissive - they will not resolve any issues you may have! And there is no complaints procedure.”

On installation day all was perfect till I pay money.
After all change for whorse.
Door was installed wrong way with large gaps between frame and frame was damaged cracks and holes drilled and llefted.

Whait for reply about two months they came only after my call where is team?
That day they came for adjustments only ....waste of my all day.
After another month they reinstall my frame still not correctly but ok.
After two weeks changes start cracking and bits filling off.
Also book service ..this time nobody show up .
No contact with me at all.
I rebook my servive and again nobody show up.
Still no contact withe.
Complitly Ignoring problem .
Pepole! newer ewer! use this company it's not worth your money time and energy.
Any builder from street will install this better than Anglian did department from Basingstoke.

“Shopping around to replace a porch.Looked on website but felt virtual visit wouldn'the appropriate so left website without booking one. I then had 4 calls & 2 text over weekend. I replied advising away then working but available Tuesday.No call recieved until working again (As front line Nurse) on Wednesday.Then 6 calls 2 text and a WhatsApp message. I replied to text stating at work. But got another call during my break I said I felt someone needed to come out but video call booked.I Replied to last call as I left work kept having to repeat things including I had just finished work and sat in car yet he was surprised when I repeated this. Subsequently, my husband and I have ruled out using Anglian windows. the product and construction may be good is not the but the company sales approach. over steps enthusiasm and feels pushy and as if not being listened to as potential customers.”
“Absolutely worse company I have had ever had the pleasure of dealing with Stay away from them they are complete crooks you can’t get hold of anyone to cancel an order and then you get slapped with a letter saying you are outside the cancellation and not entitled to a refund. I will be taking them to a small claims court as all correspondence was recorded and documented to prove of the ill tactics and will get back not only my money but another chunk of there poor reputation. When they fixed the door that broke after a week, they ticked all the customer boxes rather than me saying it was fine and it looks like a bodge job
To top it off, I noticed sealant coming out of the letterbox
