Dear team, Please refund my order US70182. I received one dress and have sent it back already. 4 other items were ordered, never received, I emailed saying cancel and refund please. The total amount I paid is $352.05. Time and date of order: May 22nd 2020 10:47am. Please refund all 5 items, many thanks.

How can we report this women to the police?? she has stolen people money, at least she should close her company. I want to claim her. I made my order on May 2020 and I didn’t receive anything until now they are layer people don’t make any order from them please. She’s a scammerrrrer. I will not forget my order and I will do my best.

I never write reviews, EVER but this has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my LIFE. I placed two orders with this company. The first order (US69249) had three items and only 1 dress was delivered. I received a shipping notification that the other two items were shipped. The shipping notification was over two months ago and I have not received anything. I placed the first order over 4 months ago. I have sent multiple emails requesting an order update and the only responses that I have received are automated ones. I have checked on my order through their website and it says that my two remaining items have not been shipped. I have not received any updates regarding my second order (US87700). I am trying to be understanding of the delays because of the COVID-19 pandemic but at this point, I am seriously considering taking legal action if I don't get my items. I just want the clothes that I ordered. Stop taking new orders and work on your backlog.

I ordered a dress in April 2020, I am so hurt at the fact that they blocked my on Facebook as well as Instagram when I asked about my order again and again, because it’s my freaking right to ask about it, no? I paid my hard earned money and they have no reply for when my dress will be delivered. If they are writing on their website and email that they will deliver my dress in 15 days, it has been 150 days and my dress is not delivered yet. It is not nice to play with people, your “helping the Syrian refugees” will be of no freaking use if you are scamming people and keeping their hard earned money. I need my order ASAP. I have no idea, but I’m wondering why is this company not reported to federal authorities. They are not capable of doing the business with US citizens. My order number is 61677.

I ordered 8 dresses since April and have just received 3. Till this day I don't know oe where the rest of my order is. And they don't want to refund my money either. I would never deal with them again. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I consider this very bad customer service.

We ordered a dress 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The main problem is that NOBODY will answer my emails. I have sent 3 emails asking for the carrier and tracking number but I got no email. This is a scam. I didn’t think that it was at first because of the YouTube videos of people reviewing it but I was wrong. Their customer service is terrible!

We placed an order, did not receive full order, just 1 out 7 dresses, was told I was going to be refunded, did not receive refund, I made a claim to CC company, ANNA HARIRI told CC company they shipped all goods! Where they only shipped 1 And now won’t refund me because I made a claim CC! THIS IS A SCAM!!! Very sad

I placed an order ORDER (US77009) for a dress as a gift to my mom. It arrived in two months and that is okay. But the measurements were not as described. My mom's height is 5'9 and the dress was 4 inches too long. I tried to contact the company and it has been more than a month with absolutely no response. I also tried to return the dress on the website but it says that there is a problem with my return and that I need to contact customer service. So neither can I return the dress nor did I receive any response from customer service. I would NOT recommend this company!!!

Annah Hariri claims that they refunded me and this is not true. Below is their reply to a previous review and they commented on it saying that I was refunded. Another lie. The most horrible customer service ever existed My mom placed her order on March 30, 2020 order #US54773, my brother my self and my mom have been calling emailing posting on Facebook! They just delivered the comments, take people’s hard earned money and call it a day!!! If I could give it negative stars I honestly would!!! 6 months we still didn’t get the order nor the money back!!!

ORDER US72149 ONLY 1 DRESS OUT OF 3 DRESSES HAS DELIVERED. IT BEEN 4 MONTHS. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL BE DELIVERED. I WON'T ORDER AGAIN. BAD EXPERIENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST.

This is the most ridiculous shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order in March and until today I only received one out of four dresses. I communicated with Annah Hariri countless times with excuses and no resolution. They deleted all my honest comments on Facebook and Instagram and even blocked me from commenting. My experience has been extremely disappointing. They refuse to refund my money. Be aware from this unethical and unprofessional bussiness

Same as the others gals in here put an order in February 2020 and as of now September 2020 did not receive anything. I would love to know what we can do collectively as her ad keep popping and more people are getting scammed. We need to stop this

Ordered on June 20, emailed on August 1 still no reply and honestly not expecting to get one. Will be requesting my credit card company to investigate for a charge reversal. But I would like to know Maybe if we should all get together and do class action lawsuit?
