I just ordered from jul 4 and still didn’t get it!! I sent many messages and didn’t reply or reply due to corona!!! I think you need to change how you work.. You should not put any dresses in stock!! And then you can’t make it on time!!!

If anything goes wrong, they won’t make it right. They take so long to make the dresses then send defect dresses they promise to replace but then ignore all emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Company run by clowns.

Fraud company. I ordered 2 dresses back in May. After one and half months, I received one dress and a letter saying due to Covid they weren't able to send the second one and will send it asap. I tried to contact the company with no reply. After many trials, they replied that they shipped it and gave the same tracking number of the received one then no reply again!! They keep advertise and encourage to order while they didn't fulfill the old orders for months. Worest customer service ever and any trial to comment on Facebook results on delreting the comment and block. They're trying hard to delete any negative reviews like on trustpulot as they're reporting the reviews and place fake positive reviews!! Order : 70900

I honestly avoided for the past few months to not do this but at this point I don’t know what else to do. I have placed orders for two dresses few months ago and am still waiting. I have tried to reached out to ANNAH HARIRI TEAM with resolutions to my issues. Empty promises are made every time and nothing changes. I have received email about how one of the dresses was shipped and how i should do review I did not few days later I checked the tracking number does not exist. I honestly see the best in others but at this point am just lost for words. I was so excited to order for the first time am single mother who worked so hard to safe and buy those dresses and i never thought this is what will happening with Muslim company who know very well one day you will be hold accountable for everything. No One answers the phones i have called every phone ANNA HARIRI HAS AROUND THE WORLD AND NO ONE ASNWER AM NOT SURE IF HER EMPLOYEES ARE FAILING HER ON DOING THEIR JOB I DONT WANT TO ASSUME THE WORST BUT YOU ARE LEFT BUT YOUR assumptions and thoughts when you hear no response from anyone in the company. Am not sure if this resolve anything but here it is. PLEASE KNOW THAT ANYTIME YOUR INCOME BECOMES HARAM YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING. BECAREFULL THIS IS MY HUMBLE ADVICE I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER RECEIVE THESE DRESSES BUT YOU HAVE HARD EARNIG MONEY OF SINGLE MOTHER IN YOUR ACCOUNT THAT NEVER GOT WHAT SHE PAIND FOR. Can we all file a complaint against Annah hariri . How many people she has cheated . We need to teach a lesson to all bloody scammers like her . She should pay for what the stress we went thru and return our money back . Someone come forward and add all the costumers to the group and we should keep a ful stop for this.

Order# US81283 Ordered two dresses over two months ago. I only ordered because they mentioned on one of their many flash sales that if you order before the 13th of July then your products are guaranteed by Eid. Three weeks after I purchased my clothes I emailed them and messaged on FB. I was only told that they’d ship it out as soon as they could and I would be given a free scarf. Weeks after this I was still not given an update and I kept messaging them, finally resorting to leaving comments under each new post of theirs asking where my order was. I noticed others doing the same and within moments of them posting Annah Hariri deletes ALL negative feedback or inquiries about orders placed. This prompted me to do a little more research and Reddit and other sites had issues with fraud and non-supply as far back as at least 3 years. This means that the company is using COVID19 as a convenient excuse. I finally spent the last couple of weeks trying to get ahold of someone to issue a refund. No one answered me so I called my bank and told them what happened. My bank took control and gave me what I wanted. Why keep running sales if you’re so behind on orders? Why say it’s due to COVID19 when months before COVID was an issue this was going on? Why use refugees as a get out of jail free card? Who you choose to help through your business is entirely up to you. We bought the products to wear them, not wait on them. hasbiya Allah wa ni3ma al wakil This company needs to be investigated.

Federal Trade commission has had at least one report, from me, and I encourage others to do it as well. Contact your banks for a refund citing fraud or citing that you never received product. I put in a delivery on April 15, 2020. It is AUGUST 21, 2020 and I still have not received my item and it says that it is being prepared for shipment in my account! I have never received such terrible service in my life. I have sent several emails, and no one ever responded. If they don't want to give me my order, give my money back! I have warned them about my writing of a bad review and they don't seem to care. At this point, I just feel like I was robbed of my money...

Worst company ever. I ordered from them , no reply to any email or any update. poor stitched clothes. I want my money back but they wont refund. They want me to spend 75 dollars for return fee and the dress is for 65. i asked them to send a return label as in this case the dress is made incorrect by them . they said send us 30 usd we will send you a new dress. horrible One side is long and one side is short . Just need a refund will never order from them.

Simply scaaaaaaamers I ordered a dress a month ago and paid for extra shipping and have not received anything and now they won’t even answer my emails or get back to me!!!! Everyone is having the same problem, but I will be contacting Turkish presidency and we’ll see what happens?! These scammers will go down for sure!!!!!! ORDER US83880

I have placed an order on april 2020(US55943) and have received only 1 dress and 1 baby dress (that is too small for the age 1-2 more like it was made for a doll not a real human) after 3 months and I havent received the rest of the order until now (2 dresses left) they are saying its because of their sustainable model but that doesnt justify 4 months delay! regards, hessa

This Annah Hariri is total scam. I ordered dress at April 2020 and i did not receive my dress till today. Trying to contact them many times, they are not sending my dress or not telling me when they will ship it. This is very sad and I learnt my lesson, i will not trust by the look, They are selling Islamic dress but their ethics are questionable. I tried to call but not reachable. This is shameful to deceive customer like this. First of all they do not response; when I sent many emails then I got same excuse but no exact shipping information. They blocked comments at FB page where they are advertising. Do not buy anything from them.

The concept of selling Islamic clothing online is wonderful - sadly the people selling the products have questionable or no ethics. My wife placed an order for 5 dresses back on March 29th. Our credit card was charged the full amount back on March 29th. As of today, only one dress has been received. Despite countless emails and attempts to reach the company by phone, there has been no progress. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy from them It's been since March 29th and I still did not receive my order. Customer service is helpless and ignoring my requests for refund. All they have to say is referring me to a facebook video! They can't even give me a proper delivery date. Their dresses are usually beautiful but I'm completely put off because of their dishonesty and incompetence. If you order, be ready for a very long and frustrating journey where at the end of it you may never receive what you asked for.

Worst customer service. They took a month to answer my email. Then took 4 months to deliver my order. Then after posting a review based on my experience they asked if I could remove it they would refund my dress and give it as a gift. A gift for waiting four months and unanswered emails?

I ordered 5 dresses on 5th of May 2020. They stated I would receive my order in 15-30 days. I contacted them after a month and received a standard email about how I was helping their employees during COVID by purchasing their products. I waited another 2 weeks and called back as I saw Anna HARIRI posting videos about shipping orders. I was told 2 of my dresses are ready and I will receive my clothes in 2 weeks. Nothing was posted even after 2 months. The subsequent emails just stated I will receive the clothes in 7-9 days. Finally fed up I canceled my order in July. I received an email that I would get my money in 14 days. It’s 3 weeks now, no sign of money. I have sent numerous emails, messages on Facebook and instagram and made phone calls. When buying I just saw the positive reviews on their website. I was tempted by their sale which is still going on, 3 months as far as I know of. Negative reviews on their Facebook and instagram are deleted. I wish I had seen the reviews on trustpilot before buying. I do not trust the positive reviews here as well because the sort of words used are the same that are used by Anna hariri’s customer service. Beware of this fraudulent company and read the other negative reviews before you are tempted to buy.

Simply Thieves, They only accept visa and not PayPal as PayPal has protection. Then they steal money and it has been months and didn't receive the dress and they don't reply to inquires and didn't refund my money.

Scam website, stay away. I ordered 2 dresses. after one and half months one arrived and they sent it by DHL instead of standard mail I ordered and this result in paying lots of money at the door equal to the whole price of the dress. I ordered many times from other websites and never paid a penny at the door. When I opened the package, I found only one dress and a letter saying they weren't able to deliver the 2nd due to COVID. While they still encourage and accept new orders and send daily emails asking customers to hurry and order to receive their orders before Eid. I tried to contact them many times asking for a refund for the missing dress but no reply whatsoever. They just stealing money.
