She is always advertising for sales even past the sale deadline. Seemed very fishy to me. After reading the reviews here and on trustpilot, I think my suspicions were correct. I'm sorry to all you people who are still waiting for your refunds or clothes. I know some of you really saved and saved to afford those dresses. AH is pathetic!

Do not think about ordering from this company. I have not received any of the 4 dresses that I have ordered 8 months ago. I have requested a refund a month ago and have heard nothing.

They blocked me from FB now so I can no longer comment there. As everyone else has said here, absolutely terrible customer service. They censored critiques and inquiries about outstanding orders on all of their social media platform and won't respond to emails. I ordered 3 dresses back in early May and have only received one with the wrong measurements.

Je ne vous recommande pas,j'ai commandé 4 robes le 12 avril 2020 et je n'ai reçu qu'une seule.J'ai réclamé plusieurs fois mais je ne reçois que des réponses automatiques.J'ai commenté sur leur page facebook en écrivant ma mauvaise éxpérience avec eux et ils m'ont bloqué.Alors faites attention!

awful. just awful. placed order more than 45 days ago., i had a question about sizing, i wanted to make sure they got it right. no one ever got back to me. have been waiting for my order, which i had an occasion that i ordered a dress for. gave myself plenty of time for dress to arrive , it never did. i have emailed them over ten times, not a single reply. two US number , no one ever picks up. just the worst ever. i will contact my credit card for refund.

order 4 dresses back in may, never received any email regarding orders and no one replies to email for weeks. their UK numbers never work either. they don't respond to messenger. after numerous emails they replied and said due to issues with covid 19 there was a delay but didn't say how long. by august I said I want a refund and to cancel my order, after about 15 emails marked urgent and many messages on messenger they finally said ok they will give me a refund. but still waiting and no refund (its been over a month). now they don't even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. they have the worst customer service ever.

They are scam. I never got what I paid for. After 4 months I had to call my bank to get my money back

Similar to others' reviews: I ordered two dresses in May 2020. No one responds to calls, emails, voicemails. I was very understanding at first due to COVID, but they are still promising on their web site that they will deliver within 30 days. This was my first time ordering from here and I don't think I ever will again. There is ZERO communication, and NO attempt to fix the situation.

I wish I could give zero stars. Once they misplaced my order and when they resent it they messed up the sizes! Then I thought I should let go and trusted them again but my order has not been delivered since February! And they have been making lame excuses all these months and When I asked for refund they won’t even do that. The occasion I ordered this dress for has long passed! So disappointing. Do not recommend

Worst experience ever , i will write bad review in every available website , my order was supposed to take up to one month , 45 days have passed and the worst customer service ever , when i wrote a review on trustpilot they refunded me the money and canceled the order..

I have order two item back in June. One item received which was returned. The second item was cancelled in July. I was advised refund was issued for one item but it is now 8 weeks no refund refund received. You can get through to anyone over the phone either in UK or at their head office. AVOID buying from this company.

I too would give negative stars if I could. I ordered first week in June and have yet to receive anything by end of September. All you get is excuses about Covid- sorry but that’s lame! Covid has been known since March if you can’t fulfill orders you should not advertise that you can fill them in 15-30 days especially in it will be 120+ plus. That’s fraud sorry. They claim they are refunding my money but that also apparently takes 20-30 days, interestingly enough when I was charged the money was deducted right away! Do not order from this company!!!

I asked in a few Facebook posts where my order or money is and I was blocked. Sensoring the page to make yourself look good is abhorrent. An honest company keeps all their comments and responds to people. You are not a true Muslim, shame on you, you thief.

If I could negative stars that would be it. Dear Anna, It would be great if you could stop taking orders and literally flooding the feeds and emails with your ads when you cant actually fulfill it. You have a great team working on removing negative comments on your page, a great PR team working not to tarnish your brand name & releasing videos about how covid situation has changed the condition at your factory. If you are not capable of fulfilling the customers orders in the first place why be greedy and take more orders. Its been more than 3 months and from the comments below I can see that people waiting for more than 5 months without receiving their orders. Instead of investing in marketing, try to fulfill customers orders.

Terrible company to deal with! I ordered 2 dresses mid April which they claimed would arrive in time for EID. In July I *finally* received one dress but have yet to receive the other 5 months later! To add insult to injury they emailed asking if I would like a refund to respond to their email and the credit would show up in 3 - 10 business days. I responded to this email a MONTH AGO with no refund to this date! They claim they are backlogged due to covid and moving to a new factory. If you can't fulfill your orders, stop taking orders!!! This is ludicrous! Also, there have been people ordering dresses at a later date that have received there's before people that have been waiting months and months. In addition, they are now sensoring their Facebook page and deleting any negative comments. This is so wrong and offers no transparency to the shady business practices of this woman and her company. It's such a shame as the values behind her company are good - but her morals and ethics are questionable. To rub salt on the wound of many hundreds of customers, the owner keeps making videos of herself parading around in her outfits pushing promotions DAILY but doesn't help her customers. One song even used the N* word in it and was so absolutely revolting. Later she posted a whiny video how her customers need to learn patience and her name is being dragged through the mud and the hurtful, demanding posts people are making on her social media? How about you, Anna? How have you hurt people that you stole money from and ladies not getting dresses in time for their events? May Allah grant you mercy.

Only buy if you can wait for months for delivery. I paid express delivery charge and absolutely pathetic service. They then said we can't offer express delivery and I had to wait long. Guess what after a month, they said they had problem with logistics and cannot dispatch. I was travelling to Turkey so I said send it to Turkey address. It's a joke now they saying dress is not ready. So from day 1 everything was a BIG LIE. I am absolutely disgusted as I didn't order my holiday clothes from elsewhere and now I have nothing to take with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS. I haven't received anything so I am not even sure if they will deliver even after months. My order no is US90132

A very disappointing experience. I really do not recommend dealing with them at all. I have been struggling with them since last March 2020 and till date they did not deliver my order!!!! Their customer service is very poor and not professional at all!!! I will not order from this company again.

Ordered 2nd June. Initially I was empathetic due to the pandemic and all the Instability it came with. However, peddling this rhetoric of ‘slow fashion’ is atrocious and frankly condescending. We are not stupid. Just admit you did wrong by accepting orders beyond your capacity.

Hello, I have made an order from Anna Hariri back on March 20th. I have ordered 4 dresses in total and have only received 1. I had to wait almost 6 months to get the rest of my order. Are you kidding me? I have worked 4 years of customer service and this is unacceptable. I have sent SEVERAL emails to customer service. This is getting ridiculous they have the worst customer service! I should have looked more into the reviews before purchasing. I am so disappointed in wasting so much money on a brand that doesn't appreciate their customers.

I made my order 6 months ago and I received 1 item only out of 3 items. I communicated in a professional way through emails but the same response over and over ,, we are working on your order😏. Unfortunately it was extremely unpleasant experience and I won’t repeat it. By the way until this moment I neither get my money back nor receive my order.
