“I had cause to call Anstel on three occasions in the past two months (ordering replacement parts for Cybex). The customer service provided was exemplary and unexpected considering how large the Anstel company is. I do not recall who I spoke to in February but have recently been communicating with Hayden from the Anstel Web Team. With the steady decline in what is expected from customer service within large companies this was a welcome surprise. I'd encourage anyone who has a enquiry about a Anstel stocked item to give them a call and I'm sure they can help.”

“I had to deal with them twice because my pram broke twice which is annoying specially when you have twins but they made the process very pleasant, very professional and they always got back to me very quickly. The spare parts arrived in no time.”
