We are a Law Firm in Tampa, Florida with 12 employees. 6 months ago we switched our answering service vendor to Answering Legal. It was a decision I should have made years ago. The testament of a great partner is that you NEVER have to have meetings to address a problem, the partner simply does their job. Answering Legal is just that. I never had an issue and never had to address an issue. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work 100% of the time. I would put them in the category "the best of the best".

As a solo practitioner without a receptionist, answering legal is just what I needed. I can’t answer the phone when I’m in court or in a meeting, but a missed call could mean missing out on a potential new client. It has definitely paid for itself and then some. I’ve even had other attorneys that call my office tell me how good my receptionist is, so they are definitely doing it right!

Cannot say enough about Answering Legal. I have been using this answering service for several years. They do a great job taking and relaying messages. They were a God sent during the pandemic and worked with my office to keep us up and running remotely.

I was first reluctant to use an answering service, but Rob convinced me to give Answering Legal a try. After a few weeks of handling my overflow of calls, I noticed a serious increase in business. The service we received from Rob was very unprofessional and rude. Every month we were charged overages without an explanation. We were always getting the run around. Would not recommend this company.

The answering service has been consistent. The fees are fair, the answering folks polite and professional. I get immediate calls forwarded followed up by an email with clients name and number and a short message. David W- Attorney- Newark, NJ

AL handles all of my calls when I am away from the office. With the COVID Pandemic raging, I did not want to expose myself or my staff with the possibilities of infection. Being able to always have someone to answer the phone for me even when I was at home made me feel so much better about everything. AL has been a great partner.

I have been using Answering Legal for many years. They have always been great to work with. Very reliable, and the feedback I receive from my clients is that the staff is always professional and polite. During Covid my business dropped like a rock, and I advised Rob of Answering Legal that I have to discontinue the service. Rob worked with me, and we fashioned a lower monthly plan, even allowing use of the service for a period of time for free while my business slowly regains momentum. I consider the working relationship I have with Answering Legal to be responsible for a large part of my success. If you are considering an answering service, you would do wise to give Answering Legal a try. You will not be disappointed.

Best answering service I have ever had. I get important messages and in particular messages from potential clients on the weekends/after hours. I highly recommend the service, and it is worth every penny.

I am a solo practitioner who has a full-time assistant in the office from 9 am - 5 pm. But, sometimes she is on the other line, dealing with a client or doing other work where she can't get the phones. That's where Answering Legal takes over. My assistant isn't in the office from 5 pm until the next morning or all weekend. That's where Answering Legal takes over. Sometimes my assistant randomly calls out sick. That's where Answering Legal takes over. I can always count on Answering Legal to answer my calls in a courteous and respectful manner. And, moments after the call ends, I get an email and text message with the caller's name, phone number, email address, and a brief summary of what they called about. I couldn't run my practice without the help of Answering Legal.

I have been a client of Answering Legal since it started. I have never met the owner, but when I have communicated with the firm it's almost always been with Rob. His staff is excellent, but he always follows up. My clients always think his staff are members of my firm and in my office. They are professional beyond reproach. I have never had a concern or a complaint voiced by my clients about his staff, unlike my own permanent staff. One call a month or 500, I am sold on the service. They are actually better, much better, than having my own receptionist or paralegals answer the phone.
