Line no mirror.. fast forward a week later when I received said mirror cracked in pieces and I HAD TO DISPOSE OF IT. Antique Reordered and Fed Ex said mirror delivered but alas no mirror. I’m expecting a cracked mirror to be delivered in a few days, which I’ll need to dispose of AGAIN!”
“I ordered natural accents farmhouse table lamp - the photo on the website shows definite two tone base, the top part being brownish and 2/3 of the bottom more of a gray. The lamp was delivered and it does not resemble the photo at all. The base is just mottled and I am disappointed to say the least. Another thing that I don't like is your company sources everything I have purchased from CHINA - I am tired of supporting another country other than USA so will not be purchasing anymore.”

To add insult, they use a pathetic carrier like FedEx who "can't " decide "when" they're going to deliver and don't make an effort to update tracking info!! Wait, aren't I "paying" for tracking updates w/shipping costs?

“I have bought many times from antique farmhouse but their customer service is terrible. I bought a Christmas table runner on October 29th. I am aware of the 15 day shipping policy and on I have reached out twice before about where is my order so this time I waited a little extra time knowing that their shipping is horrendous and I honestly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I reach out on Nov 24 to check in on it and they said that it their might be an error in their vendors system but they would check. They never followed up with me. So I reached out and asked again, they said it might be sold out and offered a refund. They should have offered me a refund AND gave me a gift card. I like what they offer and presentation of sales events is great but I would rather find another place to shop and give my money to a company that actually cares about obtaining customers. It’s too much unknown about when you will actually get what you ordered. And by the way it’s 2021, people want what they ordered next day not in 2 weeks or a month of never.”
“My experience has been completely frustrating. I ordered and paid for a gift on November 3rd. I have been made aware of the shipping policy and if I had known I would never have placed an order with this company. I still do not have my order and tracking only shows shipping delayed. “I am sorry to say that my experience with Antique Farmhouse was not what I had hoped. Although their customer service was quick to respond. Their shipping process and communication notices were dissapointing. First, you have to wait 14 days before they even ship out your order, and then I never received a notice that my order was shipped and received through FedEx that supposedly delivered my order without my consent to leave on my front door without signing. Needless to say, I never received the bench I ordered $350 bench. On my proof of delivery notice, it didn't even have my name or complete address on it. I feel violated and very disappointed! :(”
“I have bought from antique farmhouse multiple times and honestly I think some of these good reviews may have been paid for because theres just no way. I ordered a quilt and some shams a month ago and they are still yet to be shipped out. the whole “15 day window” is complete bs. They just say that so they can slack off to the very last day and then finally ship. finally got an email yesterday saying that my order shipped and I was so excited, then I checked and only the shams shipped?? when I ordered the quilt the same day? you guys need to get your sh** together, not fair to make people pay for shipping and then have to wait for over a month to even get a tracking number. cute and unique products but horrible service.”
“I ordered a rug and when it arrived, it was a color so remotely removed from what was shown online. I emailed them with pictures but it was never addressed. After back and forth with emails they never responded with an answer. Will never order from them again because I feel I can’t trust them to do the right thing”

Funny, they took their money immediately upon receiving my order. Did get an email the following day saying it was shipping. Wish they would have kept it. Very poorly made. Won’t even bother trying to return, as I’m sure they would give me a problem. Not shipped it packed well either. Beyond disgusted. Won’t be reordering again. Ever.”
