I ordered a rug and when it arrived, it was a color so remotely removed from what was shown online. I emailed them with pictures but it was never addressed. After back and forth with emails they never responded with an answer. Will never order from them again because I feel I can’t trust them to do the right thing

I ordered 3 "cutting" boards. They arrived and are terrible. Totally different from the picture. They were discribed as anitque replicas and these are far from that. Unfortunately, they don't accept returns and I see why as these are so bad they will go to Goodwill tomorrow. What a waste of time and money.

Asked them where my shipment was.... was told it was shipping soon and to remember they had a window of 15 days. I replied I knew that and it had been 15 days which was the reason for my inquiry. Funny, they took their money immediately upon receiving my order. Did get an email the following day saying it was shipping. Wish they would have kept it. Very poorly made. Won’t even bother trying to return, as I’m sure they would give me a problem. Not shipped it packed well either. Beyond disgusted. Won’t be reordering again. Ever.

Placed an order a month ago for two items- one item came in this past week broken. Sent an email to them and they replied the put in for a ticket- a ticket for what?!! I need a shipping label to return it- not a ticket!! And I still haven’t received the other item yet! Will not purchase from here again!

Surprised to hear all the good reviews. All their rules and regulations and somewhat of an attitude in their responses to customers turned me off completely from purchasing a few items from them today.

I wasn’t told until AFter purchase that it would take up to 15 business days to ship. 6 days left and no communication with antique farmhouse. The money left my account within the hour of purchase with an email explaining the no refund

No way to communicate and get updates except to wait and wait for their email replies. When shipment finally came it was incorrect and now I will likely have to get my credit card company involved. Companies that use Covid as an excuse for poor service should get what they deserve!

Poor customer service! No tracking on orders. I have yet to understand when my Mother’s Birthday present will be arriving to her! 13 complaints to Better Business Bureau. I wish I would of read reviews before ordering from this company! I want my money back! Shady

I ordered a towel rack. It arrived damaged back in July (it is now October). I’ve emailed several times. Still no answer. Horrible place to deal with!!

I ordered a dough bowl. After a week went by and no tracking email , I emailed the company to ask if my bowl had been shipped. The response was very rude and basically said it would ship from the vendor not from them and she let me know the website says it can take 15 days for my item to ship and that I’d be receiving a tracking number within another week. I then replied yes I did miss that and was hoping it didn’t take another whole week just to ship out something in the USA, and I asked who would send the tracking email, them or the vendor. I never heard back again and never got a tracking email and FINALLY the bowl arrived. When I opened the box I had no idea what it was because I never heard back and never got tracking. I hate that! I order a lot online and I always get tracking info. Very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Won’t order again!!!!!

I ordered 2 lamps & when they arrived, one had a crease in the shade. When I notified them, their first response was to give me credit to go find a shade myself. Finding an exact match was going to be hard, so I asked if I could just get the shade replaced. I was told they had contacted the manufacturer& a replacement would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and I still nothing.

I have been waiting over two weeks for my order to be sent out. Anna sent a nice email saying it most likely would be sent out last week, but it wasn’t. After time to deliver it once sent out you could have waited a month to receive your order. That’s not acceptable to me. I won’t ever order from this company again.

I have made 3 purchases from them and each one has been a problem. The first was two metal tray towers. They were a complete disaster. The trays weren't leveled before soldering so they were all wonky in different ways. Six trays all crooked. The finials on top leaned over significantly to one side on both making them unsightly. Also not all the feet stood on the surface on which they were placed. This is not quality. They did refund my money though. The second purchase was a wooden shutter. Upon opening the box there was a exceedingly strong chemical/petroleum odor. It was so bad I could not even leave it in the house. They were told of this but offered no solution. I have had it airing out for a couple of months now. The smell has greatly reduced but is not completely gone. I don't know that it will ever be useable. The third is a vase that I have been waiting an inordinate amount of time to receive. I hope there won't be a problem with that. I strongly believe they need to step up their quality control.

Ordered hotel Charleston clock. Came with one of the clock mechanisms at bottom of clock. Was told replacement clock would come. Received email on Thursday, July 30th advising clock would arrive Friday, July 31st. Clock was not delivered. FedEx shows delivered Friday morning but we were home all day Friday and it was not delivered. Emailed American farmhouse to advise never received. Got email back asking if family member or neighbor took it. Click weighs around 30 pounds and ships in 2 huge boxes. So, if hubby pulled it in thru front door, no way not to see it. He and I here all day Friday and it was not delivered. FedEx has complaints flying in about their posting records that items have been delivered when the have not been to make their results look good. Between the defective clock and FedEx lying about delivery, this whole experience is a nightmare. I would not order online from this company again.

Received my grand Hotel Charleston clock. Was so excited to receive since I was waiting for Antique Farmhouse to restock them. Problem is when i opened box, one of the clock hands was Laying at the bottom of the clock inside the glass cover. Immediately emailed Antique Farmhouse but they closed at 6. Fedex didn’t deliver it until 6. Response said it would take some time to receive call from a rep. Truly disappointed. Beware if you order clock online.

Three weeks later and still do not have my order or a tracking number...could have bought my item somewhere else and had it in time for Mothers Day. Will not ever order from this company again.

I purchased a birdcage a month ago. Finally got an email three weeks after they took my money out of my account and said it was on its way. FedEx said it would arrive last Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday, but no birdcage. Contacted the company and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Waited two days with no response. So I contacted them again. Now they are saying that they have none in stock. They offered to refund my money or ask the manufacturer if they have anymore. Wouldn't you think they would have asked the manufacturer immediately upon realizing their error?? They have my money, they’ve wasted a month of my time and they aren’t being proactive to save their reputation. As you can see by many other reviews, this is something they regularly do. Beware and shop elsewhere. Update: they didn’t even try to contact the manufacturer and just issued me a refund even though I did not request that at this point. Despicable company.
