“I ordered a ring and though I received the wrong one due to a simple area, I very much appreciate the prompt attention I received to correct the error and I am looking forward to receiving my replacement. It is my intention to order 2 more rings for my husband so that he has a selection. The fit was perfect and he loved the way it felt! I am very please with Aolani Hawaii!”

“Great products, great quality, great customer service. Worked with us on sizes and shipping to ensure we got our rings in time for our wedding. We may not be able to get married in Hawaii because of Covid, but these rings let us have a little piece of Hawaii with us on our special day!!”

“Ordered a ring for my husband as a gift for our anniversary, in time I thought to arrive however it has not arrived and I am not very happy since I have no idea where it is in the shipping process.If I ever receive it I will update my review. Update, ring arrived and he loves it!”

“Wonderful customer service. Contacted me as soon as their was an issue, regardless how small, and had it resolved in hours. Beautiful product, exactly what I need to suprise my love. Definitely going to make our anniversary special. Shipped so quickly too! Engraving could be a bit more noticeable but not too concerned about that. Very, very satisfied with my purchase”

“I have yet to receive my rings, even though I paid extra for express shipping. I will be lucky to receive them in the amount of time quoted for the standard free shipping. I am wondering why I wasted my money for a service I am not getting the benefits from. So far 2 emails asking for me to review rings that I haven't seen. Not the kind of delay and hassle brides appreciate. I will update my review if/when I receive the rings. So far, 5 days past the expected date.”
