“Exactly what we needed (the drop leaf part). Quick delievry; all parts came complete, non damaged. Good finishing and sturdy Island. The only down part was that it was't stable in a place; even after the feet/wheels were locked. It keept on rolling and moving about by just simply leaning on it or trying to place something on it. We eventually had to get anti-slip furniture grippers to keep all wheels in place and the island stable.”
“Excellent customer service . Received a kitchen trash bin that was badly damaged ( despite being well packaged) Maybe an issue when packed at the manufacturer ??? Reported this to Aosom and they were very helpful and sent a replacement immediately , which arrived in perfect condition.”

“Excellent quality very well made so easy to put together we have bought 2 now and joined them together so are tortoise has plenty of room one is a grate size for baby tortoises but for bigger tortoises I would definitely recommend buying 2 and joining them together they so easy to join just slide out the end panels and push together we have just used brackets to hold them together and definitely make sure you line them with thick plastic or pond liners so you don’t get tortoise urine leaking out the bottom on your flooring definitely give this product 10/10**”
“I ordered this recliner so it will help me with my mobility. I live on my own, elderly, disabled. I had a delivery today with no time notification and it has been literally dumped on my doorstep. Unfortunately I have had no time notification of delivery. I have no help available so it will have to stay there or be collected?

“Purchase from Aosom was smooth and swift only downside was the delivery. We purchased a rise/recline chair and considering these items are primarily purchased by dosabled/elderly person then to have just kerbside (front door) delivery is a bit of a disappointment. I had to struggle to get the 2 boxes from front door to the back of the house (living room). When I purchased the item I did read that deliveries were kerbside but there were items sent via 2 man delivery but I couldn't find anywhere that clarified the type of delivery for the item we purchased until it arrived( well if there was I didn't find it.”
