“Products are clearly described online and were dispatched in a timely manner. The packagaing was suitable for the product and the company offered good value leading to the purchase over other online retailers. Woudl say though that the updates from the delivery company were a little patchy and not 100% accurate. It did not impact the purchase on this occassion and did turn up on time.”

“Aosom as a company hace been very good, however I ordered one set of chairs for myself which I was very happy with and my son thought they were very good quality and value, I ordered a second set sen direct to my sons and he said they are of a lesser quality than I received”

“Very pleased with my chair, to start with found it easy to put together, but when it came to the fabric seating my neighbour helped me, but I have had a good use of it when it was sunny. It came very quick, well packed, and a good price. I would use this company again. Thank you. Linda”

“I recently purchased a reclining chair with stool and a storage box. Both required assembly which I managed unaided, although it would have been easier with two. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of these items considering the reasonable cost. The reclining chair is very comfortable and the seat angle adjusts easily by responding to my body weight: to recline, sit upright, and swivel.”
