“Can not fault Aosom customer service; This was a very large & heavy package. The external & internal packaging were damaged and looked as if it had been opened. We reported this to Aosom who offered a partial refund or to replace the product. Once the awning was fitted, there was a slight mark on the underside but nothing some paint won’t correct. The awning has been a godsend with the warmer weather recently and provides a huge amount of shade. Product looks very well made & durable.”
“Gazebo cover arrived in good time , matched the colour of our base perfectly. It was a little tight - I know it needs to be , but time will tell if it’s too tight and rips.( our previous roof lasted 5 years) I’m not sure the corners will survive the stretch for that long. Maybe the corners need reinforcing or slightly more stretchy material over them”
“Pleased with purchase. Good quality. Instructions state 2 men 2 hours but took me, 68yr old female on my own, all day and then some fiddling the following day. Some of the instructions were a bit vague and had wrong item numbers, but I got there.”
“Easy to order, and delivered promptly. The greenhouse is a good size and seems reasonably stable once assembled. But the information on the website about putting the mini greenhouse together was highly misleading - it was not 'easy to assemble', there were about 30 different parts and nearly 80 bolts and screws to put in. The instructions were not clear, and I'm still not sure about the roof opening support.”
“Quite a slow process to erect it and certainly, a two-handed operation. A bit tricky at times, with a need to go back a few steps to loosen bolts and nuts to allow progress but patience wins through. Found the ridge piece a bit tricky as the instruction graphic is a little unclear and the mitres don't align as anticipated but I would recommend this product to others. Just don't attempt it on a windy day!”
