TOOK 3 PEOPLE TO PUT TOGETHER, DAD HAD TO USE A TOOLKIT AND WAS GETTING TIRED ANNOYED FED UP. IT TAKES TOO MUCH EFFORT AND ENERGY TO DO SO, THE MANUALS NEVER MAKE ANY SENSE, SIMILAR TO THE MOSQUITO AROMATHERAPY FAN THAT I BOUGHT FROM THERE BUT SIMILAR REVIEW TO SAY FOR THAT TOO. I AM ONLY WRITING THIS NOW AS I GOT AN EMAIL THAT I'LL GET £5 COUPON FOR DOING SO. IT IS A NICE STYLISH CHAIR THAT LOOKS DESIGNER AND COSTLY. GOOD VALUE. THE BOTTOM OF IT AND THE STOOL ARE BETTER THAN THE OLD CHAIR THAT IT REPLACED FROM IKEA WHICH IS A SIMILAR LOOK. I LIKE THIS LIGHT GREY COLOUR AS IT MAKES IT STAND OUT AND LOOK MORE COSTLY THAN USUAL BLACK OR BROWN THAT THEY HAD BACK IN THE DAY. IT ALMOST LOOKS LIKE ITALIAN LEATHER. IT IS COMFY AND STURDY. THIS WAS THE CHEAPEST SITE TO BUY IT AFTER USING COUPERT TO LOOK, AS GET COUPONS AND POINTS ETC. QUICK DELIVERY. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE INSTALLATION, WOULD'VE GIVEN IT 5/5 BUT THIS IS AS NICE AS I CAN BE NOW. OVERALL IT DOES LOOK NICE BUT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT TOGETHER, NOT FOR WEAKLINGS. I WOULD'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER ON MY OWN AT ALL, NO WAY.”
“Good quality but too big for my 2 seater. Need a smaller one ( 180x160x125 ) but aosom sell good quality items at reasonable prices. Would buy from them again. Now looking at parasols”
“This Outsunny set looks great on my patio but there were times when I was assembling it when I got very frustrated! The feet I found the hardest to fix into place. But now that it is all finished, it looks great and my daughter is always lounging on it.”

As I'm of a very senior age I did have difficulty getting the legs into the clip,however with the force of myself and my granddaughter we managed it.Its unlikely we will be able to fold it,hence why I have given 4*.”
“Easy to put together however the last thing to put on in the instructions is the canopy. Then realise you have to take the top part off again for the canopy to fit on!. Unfortunately the right arm arrived damaged but not enough

“Can not fault Aosom customer service; This was a very large & heavy package. The external & internal packaging were damaged and looked as if it had been opened. We reported this to Aosom who offered a partial refund or to replace the product. Once the awning was fitted, there was a slight mark on the underside but nothing some paint won’t correct. The awning has been a godsend with the warmer weather recently and provides a huge amount of shade. Product looks very well made & durable.”
