“I sent for a garden umbrella which turned out to be too big for my patio. I was told by AOSOM i had to return it myself. I am a 76 year old woman and found it hard carrying the big heavy box into an EVRI shop AND i had to pay £7.20. The staff in the shop were disgusted and had to show me what to do as never had to pay to send something back before. I would avoid this Company, i shan't buy anything from them again. Their Customer Service is RUBBISH.”

“I bought this for my ferrets and they can easily get out when there is one height. I am still going to try to double it tomaee if that will work for them. Other than that the product is easy to assemble and looks sturdy. I love my mini hammer as well.”
“Item arrived within time stated. Instructions easy to read, had trouble trying to put together as not all screws lined up but managed to work it out. Bit disappointed as it feels plastic as not proper ratten but overall it's nice furniture. Cusions nice and thick. Not sure how it will be after sitting in the sun for a few days, will wait and see.”
