“Chose for the price of two sun loungers was the best when comparing, quick delivery too!”

“Great value. Solid, easy to build and plenty of storage. Minus one mark as it does bow slightly when full of cushions which means the lid doesn’t quite stay flush, but it remained waterproof in the recent downpours so still happy!”

“Item was delivered quickly. A couple of parts were misshapen and I had to re-align but nothing major. Overall, happy with the purchase.”

“It’s lovely and we’ve had many compliments on it. The only issue was that one hole was drilled in the wrong place but all was good eventually.”

“The wrong colour was sent of the bistro set. Also promptly arranged for it to be collected and was collected a day early and a replacement was sent. It’s a lovely set except a lot of the screw holes didn’t line up and took a lot longer to put together. Efficient customer service”

“Table is too nice for me to use as an outdoor worktop but it is good and does the job”

“Haven't used it as yet but it looks great .especially the hight of the legs . Makes it easier to get on it .The only problem was the instructions about fitting the 2 clips and the rope which we still can't work out but at least we have now got the clips on .would still recommend it for value and quality”

“Came in time it said. There were a few parts of the structure where some of the wood had split but seeing how my daughter had built it for me as a surprise I couldn't contact customer services about it and I think I will be able to disguise it. It is still a good sturdy bench so very pleased”

“Relatively simple to put up but needed minimum of 2 people and step ladders as it's much taller than I thought! However the instructions were a challenge, just pictures for you to interpret which meant a few screws had to be moved when put incorrectly. Overall though it looks amazing, quality seems good and the value for money is excellent!”

“Well, the umbrella stands straight in the stand which arrived with all the little parts. Good and strong and looks well made. Good buy.”

“Fairly easy to assemble, although deeper pilot holes for hinges would be an big help.”

“Aosom website is great, their products are easy to find and very reasonable priced. Delivery was very quick. Just disappointed with my swing chair cover which was nothing like the picture advertised and far too big.”

“The actual swing is great and very easy to assemble. It arrived packed in two boxes and every item was well wrapped and clearly marked. The only downside is the canopy over the swing, which spans between two ‘arms’ that are bolted to either end of the top rail of the swing. The alignment of the ‘arms’ relies on the mounting plates being accurately fitted to the swing frame. Mine weren’t, which resulted in the canopy being at different angles on each side. As the mounting plates are welded to the swing, they could not be adjusted. To be fair, Aosome were keen to solve the problem and sent a replacement top frame for the swing. Although slightly better than the original one sent, it was still not correctly aligned and I had to make some modifications to make it look right”
